      12/2/2022 ****am. Take five offers 10 minute oil changes. Sat in line for 1 hour 15 minutes. Car untouched. Finally pulled into garage 4 ppl. Say another 15 minutes car still untouched. Sat hour 30 minutes for nothing. Called corporate only could leave messages. Called management at location. **** lady would not give name told me to never come back.

      Please advise what Take 5 location you encountered this issue at so I can escalate to the shop manager and district manger to investigate the staffing at the shop and any breakdowns that *** have occurred with technical proficiency. **************.
