LabCorp, would not give me a cost for an optional test order by my doctor before testing. Then, sent me a bill 6 months later for a large sum.

LabCorp, a shady drug testing health care company which runs under other names such as Health Street Services, and is very unprofessional and similar to a scam artist in how they take your money and will not refund it if you don't use their test. I attempted to get a hair follicle test done, and they ran me all over south west Florida before I found a lab in Fort Myers that would supposedly do it. I went there and they told me that the hair in the front of my head was not where they remove hair from, and that it had to be removed from the back of the scalp. They wanted to send me to another different lab location to get hair ripped off of my leg or armpits instead!! So rude, and so unprofessional, and also very invasive. Hair follicles pulled from the body have a longer duration and storage of possible drug use, and are very incriminating, far worse than hair follicles from the scalp. I asked for a refund of the $175 that I paid, and the slimebags at Health Street/LabCorp claim that all payments for services are non-refundable, even though I did not see such a disclaimer at any time when I was setting up the appointments. Disgusting, unprofessional, and unbelievable company with an illegal market cornering, in my opinion.

This place is a complete utter joke. They continue to bill for the same procedure even after it has been paid. I don't know who runs this poor establishment but they need to attend some type of training to better enhance their knowledge on how to run a successful business. This business is operated by someone who is best described as ignorance on fire! I do not understand how this establishment is allowed to keep its doors open!!!

Months of problems with their billing. They filed my insurance without Medicare about four times. Looked a little more than crooked. Since Dr. Office had my medicare information and they did too for several other bills. Then they sent a bill as late without any information on what insurance or Medicare paid. Very shady billing to customers. Probably run by a billionaire

My wife and I had appointments for lab work at LabCorp at the location 2700 Immokalee Rd Ste 23, Naples, FL 34110 on Saturday morning (6/11/2022) We never experience so bad manners from the receptionist and her supervisor. When we arrived to the facility, there was nobody at the receptionist desk a door was open to go in the inside of the LabCorp facility. After a turn, a copule of persons talkin in the hallway. One of them, looked at me and tole me that I should not be there and to leave immediately. I turned around and went back to the area where the receptionist desk was located. The receptionist, who was one of the persons talking with another person in the hallway, came to the receptionist desk and started addressing me with extremely bad manners. When I asked her to addressed me with good manners and be respectful, she started to treat me worst than before. When I asked for her name, she did not give it to me and said that was written in her tag that was wearing. I told her one more time to addressed me in a professional and respectful way or I would leave a complaint with her manager. She left the receptionist desk, came back with her supervisor and asked my wife and I to leave. Even though we had appointments and we have been fasting for the lab work, they asked us to leave and to find another place for the lab work ordered by our family doctor. My wife was seating in a chair in the waiting area. She did not say a word, nor made any gestures while I was at the receptionist desk. Still she was asked to leave and find another place to do the lab work. My wife and I will never go back to LabCorp.
