      "Sent expired medication 11/12/2024 my surgery date was going to be 11/22/2024 I requested to my money to be sent back because I wasnt going to have surgery REMOVEDtold me that they couldnt refund my money And she talked to REMOVEDand she was to busy to talked to me I am reporting this matter to Better Business Bureau I been a RN for over 40 years and never been treated like this REMOVEDsent me a text saying they couldnt take the medication bottles back I Never said I was going to send the medication back O know you cant do that The said the would send me out new medication when I have surgery I told her I wasnt going to have surgery REMOVEDsaid will the medicine was good when we sent it out I told ur employee REMOVEDI couldnt make that doctor do surgery before that expiration date 11/12/2024 I am very upset that this problem was not resolved"
