I had taken a loan with this company. I had some financial problem and was not able to pay the whole amount. I turned over to ************************* but until now even the Agency could not reach Green Trust Cash. Phone number that is on their website-no one is answering calls. Even their email response from them. I just want to settle my account with ********************. My Loan # **********. Green Trust Can contact my Debt Consolidator directly ********************* or call direct **************Business response

Green Trust Cash is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint filed with the BBB. We take all comments, good or bad, very seriously. The following is our response to the items noted.
We would like to advise all parties that Green Trust Cash has closed its lending business effective November 30, 2020. Since Green Trust Cash is no longer doing business, it has decided to forgive and discharge your loan. Our discharge of your loan will not negatively impact your credit rating.
As noted above, Green Trust Cash is subject to robust consumer protection requirements. We want to treat our customers well and ensure that they are pleased with our product. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

I took a loan out with Green Trust Cash LLC in 2019, and I am still trying to resolve it. Their website and email is not working, and neither are the phone numbers listed for the company. I am trying to find out if the company still has the loan or if they have sold it to someone else. I just want to get it resolved, please!Business response

************************* had previously obtained a loan from Green Trust Cash, LLC an economic development arm of the Fort ******* Indian Community.
Green Trust Cash has closed its lending business effective 11/30/2020. ******************* Outstanding Balance including Interest and Fees has been forgiven. Since Green Trust Cash is no longer doing business, it has decided to forgive and discharge ******************* loan. Our discharge of their loan will not negatively impact their credit rating.
