When I purchased $170 of medical supplies from GoSouthernMD in November 2016 through Amazon, I specifically asked what the expiration date of the supplies was, and was assured that it was told that there was 22 months. When I got the supplies, I discovered that it was only eight months. I complained on Amazon, and the chap named Rob at GoSouthernMD said his supplier had told him the 22 month number and that he couldn't get anything better at the time, but said I should just use the supplies, and when eight months had transpired, he would be able to get supplies that would last the remaining 14 months, and he would replace the left over supplies with those. Foolishly, I got his contact information (a gosouthernmd email address), and agreed to this. Fast forward to when the supplies expired. I tried to get in touch with him. The email doesn't bounce, but it doesn't get answered either. I tried numerous times over the last six months to get in touch with anyone at GoSouthernMD. Their phone number is a "test" number. Try it yourself: 1-262-671-4900. They have a beautiful web site that keeps selling stuff, but they don't respond to the web forms for contact. I also tried Amazon, but they knew the rules there better than I do, and Amazon's guarantee only applied for a short time after the order was placed. Amazon didn't respond to my inquiries either. My advice is to not deal with this company.
