    They misdiagnosed my problem twice now. When I called back to let them know it was still doing the same thing as before ***** said then it's a different problem. But it wasn't. They are rely pretty good mostly even though they are extremely high. However, they have have recently cost me a lot more money than it should have cost to fix the problems and never tried to make it right. I understand no one's perfect but they won't admit when they make mistakes or try to compensate in someway. Been a customer there many years but I've recently been burned twice now. Won't go back.
