    On or about August 1, 2022, I delivered a 2007 Pontiac G6 to you for repair work that causes the check engine light to stay on. Shortly after that you called and gave me an estimate of about $300 to repair the problem, so I gave my approval. Within a few days later I received another call from ***** stating that the vehicle has been repaired and ready for pickup, in which I picked the vehicle up the same day after paying $341.48 in which a hidden fee was added for not using cash, I used a credit card, I was not made aware of this fee until after the transaction. Before making it home the light was back on again, when I called to inform the shop of the problem, I was asked to return the vehicle to their shop. A few days later I got a call to pick up the vehicle and was informed to continue to drive the vehicle and the light would go out. As of this date the light is still on and could possibly be masking other problems with the vehicle. Therefore, since the initial concern wasnt addressed (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, was not resolved Im requesting a full refund of the cost paid for this repair to be credited back to my credit card immediately.     I am rejecting this response because: I was asked if the car was purchased used in which it was acquired used, he went on to say "someone has worked on the car before." *********** I have returned the car and three time I got a different excuse why he can't fix the problem, this time I was told to "take your car to the dealer I'm through with this car. Yet he told me my car is fixed and he took my money, this is the type of treatment we as seniors citizen get from some businesses with hopes that we would just go away.

    This problem can be resolved by a refund of $341.48 to my credit card or by mail to my address on file.
