Date 04..13 ***** My car was running good I heard a noise I thought was coming from tire .They said I need shock,Stab.***** power steeing.a long list of things. I have receipts.The real problem came when I picked up car drove off I couldn't turn left in the lane to turn I brought it back also air was not working left it to get the problem fix I told them about the loud noise like when zo steer and drive.The guy said that don't matter I said it do matter I don't want to hear that noise I brought car in for noise so do you think want to hear that Drove off same but before I drove off he said I owe like 100+dollars I said for what .okay sfter back and forth.Okay no fee.Drove off same Problem okay left it came back okay my bill on 4-27.24 1484. Same problem. That I told them about that noise ***** +1484. In January 2024, I brought my car to KARZON because they were a block from my home and accepted my extended warranty. My car was losing power and jerking when I pressed gas pedal. Had diagnostics done 1/23/2024. Was told water pump, spark plug, multi air actuator were all the reasons for issues. Everything was done except for the actuator, which gives oil to the engine. ****** claimed that **** did not want to pay for repair. **** informed me that ****** and ***** refused to send follow up report explaining the code failures. Only report they sent was the computer, not showing the break down of the work. Was paid for half the job but did not complete. ***** demanded to be paid 1/26/24. I disputed the issue and my car still is there, no one has broken down to show the failing codes as **** has been requesting since 1/26/24. 3 adjusters have been sent out but still no broken down work to show what is failing. ****** was to call back 3/27/24 but has not. ***** is giving mechanic advise and is only a receptionist and is also the cause of all the communication break downs with the warranty company. Now my extended warranty ended 3/29/24 and I can not take my car from the shop or I will lose my claim right. I read all the reviews on this company and I am shocked it is still opened. This seems to be a business practice of theirs because other customers have the same complaint and their car being returned worse than when it was brought in. Please help me get my car fixed and investigate their business for fraud. I believe they are doing illegal practices and getting away with this in our small community.Business Response

When the car first came in on 11 January 2024 we found the water pump leaking coolant, valve covers leaking oil on the spark plugs causing a random multiple misfire and burning out the coils and the spark plugs. The multi air actuator to the cylinders 2 and 4 is also bad. The multi air actuator is not supplying the proper amount of oil to both of those cylinders causing a hesatation and lack of power. When the advisor from the warranty company first came to look at the car all he did was take pictures of both leaks and the current DTCs which was for the actuator. He did not advise the technician to show the physical fault of the actuator. He said I should be fine with the information that he got and he will submit it to the warranty company. A few days pass and the warranty company called and gave the authorization for the water pump and valve cover gasket but denied the actuator. They also denied the spark plugs and the ignition coils because they were not covered in the contract. I (******) asked what about the actuator and they said since the adjuster did not submit a physical issue with the fault we are not able to cover the part. I told them all the adjuster wanted was the DTCs and pictures of the leaks. The warranty then gave us approval to fix both leaks and informed me that I had to make a new claim for the actuator. After the work of the gaskets was done I submitted the invoice for payment so I can close this invoice and open a new one for the actuator. After the payment was done the following day I called the warranty to open a new claim for the actuators and spoke to a different representative. He then told me since this was a complaint on the previous claim we are unable to open a new claim for this issue. I advised him what the representative said but he said the only way I can get this approved is to put it on the previous claim. The new representative said you will have to refund the full amount that was paid to you by us and once we receive the refund we will be able to proceed. At the same moment I issued the refund back to the warranty company. This refund process took approximately 6 days. After the 7th day I still didn't hear anything from the warranty company. I called the warranty to see if the refund has cleared and they answered yes it did. I proceed with the existing claim and told them the issues before as well as the actuator. I basically had to start over. About 3 days after the adjuster came the second time and I showed him the physical issue on the actuator. The warranty called to verify pricing about 4 days after the adjuster finished. I went over the price for everything parts and labor. The representative had to get his manager to complete the approval. The manager was not able to be reached so the representative of warranty company would call me back when the manager was able to sign for approval. On the date of 4 April 2024 the warranty called with the authorization number and gave us authorization to get the work done. At the same moment I called the nearest dealership to order the actuator and the special tool that is required to remove and replace the actuator. The actuator and the special tool had an ETA to arrive 11 April 2024. On the morning of 11 April 2024 the part and the special tool have been shipped to me. It is currently 2:46pm on 11 April 2024 and I have a technician working on the vehicle. This has been the most troubling claim we dealt with. I deal with warranty companies all the time especially ***** warranty and never have I had a claim this difficult to deal with.

I have taken my vehicle to Karzon Auto on Stateline Rd / Main St. on two separate occasions involving two separate issues.Both times the problem was not resolved, and additional issues occurred immediately after picking up my vehicle.I only took it to Karzon Auto the second time because it is very close to home and three years had passed by since the first time.Upon this second recent visit, and after Karzon Auto had worked on my vehicle with me initially noticing only the sound of a faltering universal joint, but it became a thunderous vibration after they worked on it. The owner (*****) and his son (*******) were adamant that the new problem after I retrieved my vehicle from Karzon ********* was a preexisting problem (after they had already up-selled me into additional work that I did not require; and then only provided resolution by stating that I spend more money to resolve this new issue that Karzon created after Karzon butchered my vehicle, just as they did three years ago.Nonetheless, both times the additional problems immediately arose after retrieving my vehicle, and the original problems were exacerbated and not fixed.Also, the owner refused to admit fault and reimburse, nor repair; only offering the opportunity for me to spend additional money on an even larger expenditure.The owner, ***** -(I am not sure of the spelling), even cited to me on the phone that he was not responsible because he works on ********* Police Cars and *********************** cars.Business Response

We have *************************** as a customer with a complaint about his truck that needed a **joint replaced and he claimed that his brother or relative which he is a mechanic, checked it out for him and *************** and his mechanic were positively sure thats the only thing his truck needed, we advised him that we would check it out for him professionally to find out if thats the only problem by performing a diagnostic with a small fee , *************** declined the offer and his words were always about not to over charge him or make him pay for something he doesnt need which sometimes a customer saying that and I dont take it personally, so when we lifted his truck to work on it, we found out that he needed an additional part which is the center support bearing, then we called him to inform him that but he said I want to see it my self and told us to wait for him so he can come over and check it out for him self and when he came and saw the part it was worn out ,he asked for the price which we told him the price and he said wait dont work on it until I tell you that, he made a few phone calls to price the part and the labor with other shops and when he found out that the price we gave him is not over charged he said ok. go ahead and get it done, which we replaced the parts that we agreed upon and the job was preformed professionally and as always we do, the technician who preformed the job took the truck for a test drive and he felt the truck was shaking and something was wrong with it, he did lift the truck again and checked the job we preformed and every thing that was done, it was correct, but we found out that the drive shaft its self was warped due to the parts being worn out and he kept driving the vehicle and ignoring the damage of the **joint and the center support bearing, when Mr. *********************** came to pick up his vehicle we informed him of the problem we found out with the drive shaft, he said no, no my truck doesnt need that, my brother checked it out for me and its good, after he left within 10 minutes he called back asking if we replaced all the parts like we agreed upon or if maybe we forgot to install some parts, we told him again that, the problem was not with the parts we replaced (per his request) but, the problem was with the drive shaft it self but he insisted he wanted to see the new parts that we installed on his truck, so we lifted his truck again in front of him and he checked the new parts for himself and we showed him the old parts we took off of his truck and we showed him how the drive shaft was shaking when its spinning in rotation but to him he thinks we did not fix his truck, at that given time *************** requested a full refund for the work that was performed ( that he requested to be performed without a proper diagnostic to ensure that was the actual issue ) thats when I told him you think I am willing to loose my reputation neither my business over a few ** joint or few dollars, I have a few fleets we service and I mentioned some of these fleet such as (Security one, ************** and *********************) which each one of the fleet services have more than 90 vehicles and we service the majority of their vehicles and I said that to him just for reference trying to build up some trust and make him feel better and maybe to trust us.

I am rejecting Karzon's response because:This establishment held my vehicle for an additional entire week without any reparation of their initial "repair".
I dropped my vehicle back off at Karzon on 1/8/2024, and retrieved it on 1/13/2024.
The carriage bearing on my drive shaft was beat on with a hammer, instead of utilizing the proper press/tool.
They said the would "look at it", however, even the grease retainer on the carriage bearing was still free swinging on my drive shaft after Karzon was supposed to repair their faulty work.
I do not care about the lies Karzon has spewed, as they are unskilled, proud, vindictive thieves.
There is a certain terminology for people that perform this way, which will not referenced.
Please record this statement as absolute truth.
I pray for them to find God and begin to conduct their business in a righteous, competent manner.
Karzon needs to immediately refund me completely..

I am so sorry that *************************** is feeling that way about us, which he sounds very unprofessional, unpleasant and unpolite, the only thing **************** doesn't seem to understand is that in order for us to warranty out the u-joints is he will need to replace the underlying issue of a damaged drive shaft, otherwise even the next u-joints will just end up damaged as well. Pertains to Mr.******* ****** request we cannot honor that due to the fact of the u-joints that he requested we replace did not malfunction, but they were damaged from the drive shaft, ( the limited warranty usually works when the parts malfunction, in his case the parts they were proper yet they were damaged from the drive shaft not from defect of manufacture ) We took it upon ourselves to replace it for him to hope to keep him as a happy customer.

I am rejecting this response because the initial simple issue was exacerbated.And, upon a second attempt to correct their faulty work, Karzon kept my vehicle hostage for a complete week without attempt to fix what little they claimed they could fix (which was the grease fitting on the backside of the carrier bearing.
I am, however, impressed with how well Karzon has responded to my claim, as they articulate very well.
I only wish that Karzon's service and honesty were as impressive as their mouth.
Unfortunately, they enticed me to purchase services beyond my requirements and were unequipped to do the extraneous services that they oversold me on.
Moreover, I am forced to find and pay ********************* shop to fix the unnecessary repairs Karzon sold me and were too unskilled to complete and then lied about.
I have multiple videos and pictures accessible for download upon my request.
My truck is still not fixed, so we can always go straight back to the source of the problem.
I have since bought another vehicle, and am leaving the problem dormant on the vehicle Karzon butchered.
I have shown multiple people and mechanics the type of work Karzon provides.
No matter how well Karzon's articulates and attempts to cover up their dishonesty, the attempt to ***** customers by overselling unnecessary services, being unable to complete the services, and then lying about the services is between them and God.
Unfortunately, I will not be requiring any further services from Karzon, and vengeance is the Lord's.

Karzon did not make a good faith effort to resolve my "problem", as Karzon took a simple replacement, exacerbated it, and then tore my vehicle up because they could not perform the work they oversold me on.
Then, Karzon attempted to sell me on additional repairs and parts because it was easier for them to install an already assembled drive shaft with the universal joints and carriage bearings previously installed, because Karzon haphazardly installed the new universal joints and removed the existing good carrier bearing with a hammer.
Karzon attempted to install an incorrect carrier bearing not fitted for my vehicle on with a hammer, instead of utilizing the proper press/tool.
The owner, *****, and his stepson, *******, are liars and thieves, as they knowingly hire inexperienced mechanics and combat logic when their unskilled labor is challenged.
Please review Karzon's ****** reviews and reviews on Karzon's very own website, as the majority of the reviews are truth shedding light on Karzon's unskilled labor, and the unprofessionalism of the owners.
Please, I implore you to review the multitude of negative reviews concerning Karzon ********** the majority of them being on Karzon's own actual website.
It is absolutely astounding how many negative accounts/reviews that Karzon has accumulated.
Please investigate and judge for yourselves before Karzon reads this reply and alters the responses on their website or eliminates their website altogether.
Karzon is garbage people with garbage morals doing garbage work.
These guys justify their behavior by what they can get over on a person, instead of doing the right thing.
It's in ******* and *******'s genetics to do the wrong thing.
I can't blame either one of them, though; I can only lay the blame on their unsavory mothers' doorsteps, which apparently have been traveled through many times.

I have been dealing with this company since January and they have failed to properly fix my vehicle. They also admitted to over charging me for work that was not done. I'm at the point now I have to take my vehicle to another shop to be fixed. I went back three times and they have not fixed the issue.
