This is the third time I have booked this hotel in the hopes that they would have cleaned up their act last week between the 11th and 12th at the room room number 121 actually when I stepped into the room, the first thing I noticed was a syringe with blood in it sticking out from underneath the table leg. as if that wasnt shocking enough upon further investigation and inspection, I discovered that the air filters to air conditioner, work, filthy and disgusting with dirt underneath the air conditioning unit at cobwebs and spiders and dead bugs. The furniture was covered in cat or dog or some type of animal hair underneath the little sofa in there had not been vacuumed. The entire room had not been vacuumed in ages. when I went to the bathroom, you can see the corners of the bathroom, but there were ***** droppings and above the showerhead is a huge hole just gaping open. It looks like the results of water damage. There are a couple other things, but these are the main things that were just totally unacceptable to me. I went to the lobby and asked to be put in a different room and I was made to feel like a common criminal. The lady that works there followed me to the old room made me put the room back together and clean it up then gave me a a key to room 221. this room is no better. The first thing I was gonna walk into the cobwebs that were hanging on the pictures on the walls. Needless to say my money was nonrefundable so I had no choice but to stay. I went back there tonight and wouldnt you know I was given room 121 again I walked in and it looked exactly as it looked when I left it a week ago, but its so unsanitary and disgusting that I dont wanna stay there tonight. The staff is not exactly receptive to apologizing or caring about sanitation or cleanliness of rooms the website lies about the immunities that they offer and the manager is next to impossible to get in touch with. I tried to call him for a week straight to no avail. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Disgusting!
