Online, telephone, fax and mail orders may be charged to your VISA, Discover, MasterCard or American Express card. You may also pay by check, mail order, money order, or college Purchase Order. A copy of your college's Purchase Order must be submitted with the order authorizing Phi Theta Kappa to charge the amount to your chapter's account. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.


Refund and Exchange Policy
If you should have a problem with any item, please contact PTK immediately. Return the merchandise* within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition, and we will promptly exchange it or issue a refund. Please include a copy of the original packing slip and the return order policy form. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned regalia merchandise not in original condition. Graduation regalia (Key Honor Stole, Honors Cord, Tassel, and Key Medallion) should have original hangtags and be in original plastic bags to receive full merchandise refund.
