    I don't usually write reviews but this time I made an exception. and had to pass on my positive experience. ****** answered my call and it was on a Saturday.. - He was polite, precise and reassuring. He immediately put me at ease and gave me the information we needed. (we had called several other people). ****** came to the house and reprogrammed my sons car fob. (I lost his key/fob) We had tried multiple self-help options and spent hours trying to get his car operational; ****** had the car running within 35 minutes. ****** kept in communication with us from the initial call, let us know when to expect him and a cost before he got to our house. I will definitely pass his number to anyone whom needs a professional locksmith. We will keep his number in all our cell phones and if we need a locksmith again - it will most certainly be Cross Country ********** / ******.
