    Pattern of Complaint:
    BBB did a file review on 11/1/2022 due to a spike in complaints. In the three year reporting period, ACF Wholesale has received over 1500 complaints.

    ACF Wholesale is continuing to receive complaints from consumers concerning the following:    

    Delivery Issues - Consumers get a notification of an approximate delivery date but customer complaints state the delivery date continuously gets pushed out until the customer contacts ACF to request cancellation/refund of their order.  
     
    Refund or Exchange Issues - Consumers allege the business fails to honor promised refunds. Complainants state they encounter difficulty when attempting to contact the business to make cancellation/refund requests. Some customers are reporting major delays with some taking as long as weeks/months to receive the product/refund.

    Customer Service Issues - Consumers allege the business fails to provide promised assistance in a timely manner, failure to address or respond to customer dissatisfaction, unavailability for customer support. Consumer complaints state the business gives dates that consumers can expect their order delivered but the orders continuously get pushed out. the consumers are not told. Consumers report delays in having to stay on hold to communicate with the company and some waiting as long as 5 hours to speak to a Customer Service Representative for order information. Consumers also state they have to be the ones to keep reaching out to the business to follow up on issues, or file complaints with BBB to get the matter resolved.
     
    The company did not respond to our request for what type of action might be taken to eliminate this pattern.
     
    The business is no longer responding to consumer complaints filed with Better Business Bureau.

      I placed an order in October for a Willowton Chest of drawers. I was told it was on back order and would be shipped in Dec. In Dec I was told March. In March I was told Aug. I requested a refund on March 21, 2023 and have repeatedly emailed for updates on that refund. When they reply via email, they continue to tell me they are waiting on confirmation from the manufacturer that the order is cancelled. I want my money back.

      Ordered and paid $1311.07 for couch 11-26-2022. Delivery estimated for February. Deliver pushed back to March, then told item on back order. I cancelled March 3,2023. Told by email to wait 24 business days for refund. Waited over 14 business days and ask about refund. Only receive emails they are looking into it. Their phone message says lines are closed. No way to contact them. I am going to file a report with Mississippi Attorney General also.

      I placed an order for sofa and livesest on 12/27/22. I have not received items ordered. I have emailed ACF Wholesale numerous times to check status to be told it's on back order. I canceled order on 3/27/23 via email at ********************** as that is the only way to make contact with this company. Received back an email stating order canceled they will issue refund , I have yet to receive refund, I have once again emailed them to check status to be told the have to receive a cancelation notice from Ashley Furniture before they issue my refund. I am getting the total run around and have been since the start of this whole process

      I placed my order on April 20, 2022 to replace furniture that was damaged due to Hurricane Ida. I advised that the items were "awaiting fulfillment" and I received the a message from ACF stating "Hello, We are sending this email as a courtesy to provide you with an "estimated" ship-out date from the manufacturing warehouse. This order is back-ordered as of right now for at least 12 weeks. It is our hope that you are able to enjoy your merchandise as soon as possible. "Estimates" are subject to change, at any time and without notice by the manufacturing warehouse." This was sent 4-21-22 On 9-8-22 I advised them via their message system that the order was taking longer than expected and that I wanted to cancel the order. On 9-9-22, I received a message from them stating "At this time this order is unable to be canceled as it is outside of our cancellation policy" on December 27th 2022 I attempted to contact them again requesting to cancel my order. I received a message the same day stating " We do apologize for the delay in the refund process. We have sent this to the refund department to look into this issue and appreciate your patience as they look to settle this matter as soon as possible" On January 4th 2023 I reached out for an update to see if they were going to give me a refund, They sent Hello, At this time this order is unable to be canceled as it is outside of our cancellation policy. Orders are unable to be cancelled when an order has been any of the following: 1. Input with the manufacturer 2. Processed 3. Dispatched 4. Loaded 5. In transit from the manufacturing warehouse. I have been waiting for my furniture for a week shy of a year and Its still "awaiting fulfillment" They no longer have a phone number to contact and speak to someone directly. I spent $5,329.16 with this company to replace furniture that I lost due to a Natural Disaster that I NEED if they wont send the items (which I want) please give my money back so I can replace my NEEDED furniture

      I paid $583.00 plus tax for a couch table from ACF Wholesale in April 2022, they did not ship the item stating it was on backorder. After 8 months of waiting, I requested a refund of payment. 22 emails later requesting payment and now in April 2023 I still have not received any refund and now they quit responding to email.

      I ordered a night stand from ACFWholesale.com on 04/08/2022, with a total order value of $346.27. After few days, I was told the item is backordered and will be delivered on 08/28/22. And continuously the delivery date was pushed to Septemeber, October and November after that. Finally I told them to cancel the order and order was cancelled on 12/01/22. The business told that refund amount can not be credited to the original CC used and will send a cheque to the mailing address. I have been following up for refund processing since then with no luck.       I placed an order (#******) for a sectional couch on 2/27/22 for $1,052.82. I reached out on April 21st 2022 attempting to acquire an estimated shipping date for my purchase. I received a general reply back reporting a back order from the shipping warehouse that was extended until at least July. I reached out again on July 25th, 2022 and received the same generic reply with a new extended date until at least September. I reached out again on September 3rd 2022. The reply was the same with the new extended date until November. I reached out again on Nov 22 2022. Again, a reply came with a new extended date as "until at least January" I reached out January 23, 2023 for a shipping date and if they could not provide one I would like a full refund as it had been nearly a year since my purchase. The report came back with a new extended shipping date of at least March. January 24th I formally requested a refund in full as they failed to deliver the item purchased in a timely manner with no actual date for shipping. They reported the refund would take 7-14 business days. I received nothing from the company in further responses or a refund, so again on Feb 27th, 2023 I reached out inquiring on the status of my refund. On Feb 28th they reported they were unable to apply the refund to the card on file. They requested I respond with my mailing address so they could move forward with processing the refund. On March 14th, 2023 they reported receiving the information for my mailing address and they will update my profile once my refund check has been mailed out. I now see the status of my refund appears to be declined. I want a refund in full for the order they were unable to fulfill in a timely manner.

      I ordered a couch from ACF wholesale on Sept. 27th. The couch was supposed to be delivered within 1 month. I asked for an update on Oct. 26th and was told that the couch was on back order and it would be a bit longer. I canceled my order on November 14th because I still had not received an update on the couch. I ended up buying a couch elsewhere. I got an email from ACF stating "We are currently processing your cancellation request with the manufacturer. Once we receive confirmation that the order has been canceled on their end we will issue a full refund back onto the card on file; this will take up to 7-14 business days. Please know that you will receive a notification once your order has been refunded as your order status will change to "Refunded". From there it can take an additional 2-5 business days for this to settle with your bank. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know! Our customer service hours are: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 4:00PM CST (662)570-1599 ********************** Holidays may differ Thank you, ACF Wholesale" The phone number doesn't work. On Jan 6th I asked for another update. They responded with the refund department is looking into it. I have tried several other times to reach out for the refund and have repeatedly gotten the same response. I am owed $685.57.

      I ordered a desk through ACF Wholesale online in November 2021 with an expectation that it would be delivered in February. It was not and I understood with Covid, the supply chain was drastically impacted. I have followed up many times and they continue to push the date out and will not allow me to cancel my order. I have tried calling and after being on hold for 40 minutes, they disconnected the call. I have asked to be contacted through their email, they will only respond with when the "new" date is for the delivery. As of today, they are saying "at least May". That will make it 18 months from the time they took my money before I have any chance of receiving a desk and I am not confident that it will happen in May. All I want is for the order to be cancelled so I can take my money and go purchase a desk somewhere else. I work from home and not having a proper desk is impacting me.

      I ordered a gray dresser 10/30/22 from this business and they kept moving my delivery date. Now they will not respond to my emails and will not refund my money. Please help.
