On July 2, 2025 I called prime towing and recovery as that is whom the vehicle I was renting was impounded by. Upon talking with a man whom identified himself as a *************** The discussion grew heated as he flat out refused to offer any help or assistance in reclaiming my personal belongings from the vehicle. Specifically a heart medication I needed for the return trip home. **** insisted that a copy of the rental agreement and my id would not suffice. He also insisted that if I had a budget *** call him directly they would be able to figure something out. This is when **** spoke directly to the agent from budget and told them the following; unless they had a notorized letter from the owners(in this case the owners of budget rental car) he wouldnt allow them access ******. So after the budget agent spoke with **** they called me back and told me that while his request was technically valid it wasnt nessacery *** the budget agent from St. ***** had never heard of such a request. I do believe mr ***** acted in an unprofessional and disrespectful capacity in how he handled my specific situation. I would also like to make note that when the vehicle was impounded I had just filled the tank ************************************************************** possession there was less than a gallon. This was something I was charged from budget for a total of ****** So it maybe coincidence that after **** and I had a heated conversation in which he took a dramatic shift once he found out the following; a) that I was not from anywhere around there. It was a rental vehicle, and finally when he assumed I was a criminal. He ***eatedly stated that it wasnt his fault I was arrested in his county and that I should take it up with Mo. not him. He left me Feeling very frustrated and even tried to humiliate me as he even made mention of my arrest on ****** when I reviewed the company. I do believe that somehow the gasoline was removed from the rental vehicle tank purposefully
