Refunds are done on Eyeglass frames only or on unopened boxes of Contacts since these can be returned to the manufacturer.  Refunds are not done on Eyeglass Lenses as these are a custom made product for that patient ONLY.  If a recheck is done by the doctor and it is determined that a change in prescription is needed, this is done at no additional charge to the patient.
