    My husband and I purchased an Extended Warranty through Auto Protection Club in September 2020. I called on 01/27/22 and canceled the warranty as we sold my husbands vehicle. I mailed in all requested documents on 01/31/22 and I called 3 weeks later to check status they didnt receive it. I sent it certified and per **** tracking it was received on 03/09/22. Per the company it takes 8-12wks for processing. I called on 03/25/22 to check on status and they told me they just received my paperwork which was incorrect. I have called them a total of 13 times since 01/27/22 and each time they tell me it wasnt received until 03/25/22 than it was 03/17/22. My account was given approval to have check issued 3wks ago on 5/12/22 which I was told I should have my check. I called again on 06/06/22 and the manager ***** said that typically they dont try to take this long but he sees its approved and would have it issued that Friday 06/10/22 as he would expedite it. I told him it is past 12wk **** 06/09/22. ***** advised he would call me on 06/13 with the check information. I called on 06/14 since I didnt get a call and was told it would be sent out on the 17th. I requested it to be direct deposit or overnighted which I was advised they dont do direct deposit and she doesnt have authority for overnight. I stated I wanted a manger which is who I asked to speak with to approve this since clearly past 12 week **** and been approved for check to be issued for last 3 weeks. I was advised they would send it out tomorrow but wouldnt agree to overnight and when asked for approval they promised to call me back to advise but still no return call.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO REACH AND EVERY TIME YOU TALK TO THEM THEY CHANGE THEIR STORY. I HAVE A TIMELINE AND PROOF OF RECEIPT ON 03/09/22. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN TIMELINE AND WILL MAKE PROMISES BUT WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
