      The worst experience in my life . 7 days of text and emails to get car insurance to get it cancelled because they could not find the one form that does not exist !!!!!Agent was so not competent !!!!Outrageous. I got Geico insurance in 5 minutes

      I contact/called this location to have my mothers auto insurance dropped from full coverage to liability. On that same call I inquired about insurance for my car and was quoted an amount + the amount for the ********** which you have to have to be insured with AAA. Funds were withdrawn from my account for both but were not what I was quoted. $20 more for the insurance and $35 more for the ********** When I met with the agent and questioned it, she was dismissive and said it was due to claims from my past insurance, which was a tire change and windshield repair (that wasnt repaired due to the chip being too small.) To fix the amount taken for the ********* the agent instead put me on my moms ********* membership, and said the ********* amount would be reversed back to my checking account. She also said she shouldnt put me on my moms Membership because we dont live in the same household or even the same city, but people do it all the time. My mistake for allowing that to happen. I did get money returned to my account for the ********* Membership but not all of it. AAA kept $20 for administrative fees, which they wont return. After speaking with someone in the city where I live, I found that what I was quoted for coverage wasnt correct either. To get the coverage I was quoted I now am paying even more for my insurance.Then a couple weeks later my mom got a statement for her 6 month renewal and we found out that the agent had NOT changed her coverage to liability. The original agent I spoke with had not done her job from the initial call. So once again, I had to go into the office in the city where I live to get this messed fixed. How does the agent say employed with AAA. I have tried to reach out to her manager but nothing, I even tried to reach out to his manager and have not received a call back. **************** is a real problem with this company. The first agent lied to me just to get the sale. Stay away from this office.

      This office attempted to charge me $45 for passport photo's instead of offering me the same photos for $14 by upgrading my membership, I needed 5 pictures. I took four on the day I upgraded my membership, which I found out would be cheaper and the next day my son came back to get his picture, which they charged him $8. The lady that took his money would not refund it because she said she didn't know how, also even though she was at the office the day before and remembered us coming in she said our account didn't reflect the upgrade so she had to charge the $8. Also, when I went to the travel department while I was there on the first day to see if I could save money on an anniversary trip with my family the travel agent laughs at the room I booked for the cruise. Its been two weeks and the manager Has not called me back about the refund or these other issues I would like to discuss. Also, there seems to be no way for me to contact any managers that can deal with this issue, ************** please give me a call. At this point I feel like either this office is seriously lacking integrity or just not accustom to dealing with people that don't look like them. I felt disrespected from the time I walked in the door. This is the only office in the *** network in the last 22yrs since I have been a member where this has happen. Even calling trying to talk to the manager the people are disrespectful, but If you look like them your experience should be different. I just want my $8 back and *** upper management made aware of the lack of integrity of this office toward people of color.

      I got a flat tire on my motorcycle in ******* which required a tow and after 3 plus hours of run around and blatant lying to me I ended up using ****** to locate my own tow. Unfortunately by the time I got to the dealership to get my tire changed it was too late for the day (due to the 3 plus hours of delay) and now had to wait until the next day requiring me to find a local hotel to stay at (different then the one I was already being charged for.When I got home a week later I contacted AAA when I got home to get a refund for my out of pocket costs due to their non delivery and was told they would send me a claim form in the mail (yes, *** Mail). I asked why I needed to use 1980's technology and they said they could email me with instructions to file a claim and sent me a pdf of a form I needed to print out, fill out, and send via *** Mail or take to a local office. I took my form and documentation to a local AAA office and was informed I they would take care of it but no no one seems to know any status and since there is no tracking number (something everyone does these days) I am basically screwed because there is no way to know what ever happened to my claim.

      I called them to cancel my policy and the agent was not available. I did not find out that she was not in the office. I called customer service to see if someone could assist me. they put on hold numerous times and when I finally spoke to someone that stated that since I was canceling early that I would only get 10 percent of my 70 dollars. He stated that I would not get anything, but 10 percent of 70 is 7 dollars. I have spoken to different individuals answers regarding my refund. I left word with my agents boss for a return call back and I never received a call back . I have never had to deal with such poor customer service.

      I have been a member of AAA for many years, I called for assistance today and, after waiting over 3 hrs., I had to cancel my call and get a private towing service to help me. I am so disappointed in the service I've received,

      This company is absolutely horrible. Thankfully, they are not my agent. I was hit by their insured while sitting in a car wash. The camera shows complete proof that the driver was not paying attention to the instructions from the attendants. His car should have been in neutral, but it was clearly in drive as he hit me from the rear. AAA said it was not his fault and I should file with my insurance company. I explained that filing a claim with my insurance company should not be my only alternative. I wonder what public opinion would be if the accident from start to finish were shared online; hum!
