5 starsAfter a bit of a slow start, we were very happy with our experience with Zykan! The office staff was very professional and helpful. They communicated well with me and my insurance company and always provided thorough answers to my questions and any needed paperwork. The crew that did our siding was on time, polite, professional, and did a great job with their workmanship as well as the cleanup. 1 starI tried to contact Zykan Exteriors to set an appointment for a roof inspection for an estimate to replace it using their listed phone number 314 and got a call center. The person who took my call asked multiple unnecesary question and I finally told him that the only information he needed was my name, the address of the home, and contact information. When they continued asking questions I told him I was not providing any additional information. They finally said they would pass the information to an "inspection team". 5 starsQuality work and Great people! This is the second time I have worked with Zykan Exteriors and both experiences have been top notch. The office personnel are always so help and kind and the field crews are as well. They all answered my many questions and explained things down to the details. Great Experience with Zykan Exteriors! We had damage from the May 2024 hail storm. We had our roof, siding and gutters replaced by Zykan Exteriors, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They are friendly and address any issues right away. We recommend Zykan.

***** at Zykan was amazing when our house had significant damage to our roof, gutters and siding from a hail storm. They had one of their project managers at our home when the insurance adjuster showed up for the initial assessment to make sure no damage was missed in our claim. They were excellent in working with our insurance company to make sure everything that was damaged was repaired and up to code. They were extremely responsive whenever we needed documents for our insurance and mortgage company. Their work crews were on time and professional. Outstanding Experience with Zykan Exteriors!I recently had my roof and siding replaced by Zykan Exteriors, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Their workmanship was top-notch, and their commitment to quality truly stood out.What impressed me the most was their dedication to customer satisfactionthey replaced a section of siding three times due to a manufacturing defect, ensuring the job was done right. Zykan replaced our roof and gutters after a hail storm in 2024. They took on the task of managing the insurance claim and kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone was extremely professional and the install was completed in a day and a half.Zykan Exteriors

They put a roof on right before we bought our house. Was told the warranty would transfer to us. Well.we have water damage and the guy they sent out to look at the roof told us we had significant hail damage so it voided the warranty. We called another company for a second opinion and they said we didnt have any hail damage at all. The repair the zykan person did actually ruined more shingles and when they originally put the roof on they did it wrong. For three years water has been running down the wall, ruining our kitchen ceiling and ruining other drywall and insulation. They will not accept fault and we are out thousands of dollars in repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money and not hold themselves accountable. Two other companies said it was horrible workmanship and done wrong. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Zykan Exteriors

Thank you for taking the time to communicate with us! Our office has researched into everything you explained and there are no records of anything with your name in our system. If you could reach out to the office or email our office director and/or vice president at ********************************* / ***************************************** and provide an address of your property and any warranty information we would gladly dig into this.Our workmanship warranty from the company on full roof replacements is 10 years, and while it's usually non transferrable, there are exceptions that we've made and signed off on per owner approval. What you're explaining is quite shocking however, as if there is anything that truly is our responsibility we always take care of it. It's part of the reason we proudly are *** Master Elite contractors as of the last few years as well. Our standards are high, and while there can be things that happen, we will always take care of our clients the best we can.Please reach out and let us know more information so we can figure out what's going on and help if there is something that is our responsibility.
