            BBB unable to locate business
            Purchase a 2023 Kia ******** on November 12, 2022. Several weeks after purchasing the vehicle I discovered there was a sparkling glitter on all my windows, the problem is the sun has to be shining in order to see them. It always appeared to be gloomy and/or due to carpooling back and forth to work during the first several weeks we had not noticed the issue. However, the first contact I made was with ******** on November 30th, which I had sent her pictures of the windshield. She suggested i bring the vehicle over and meet with their sales manager. It took a long time for me to get time off work at a time when the sun would be shining. I took the vehicle to them on January 12, 2023. The service manager (****) seemed to think it was either tree sap or some kind of overspray, plus he thought it was on the paint as well. He scheduled an appointment on January 20, 2023, to have the vehicle detailed. The detail did not make a bit of difference. ********************* (service department) suggested I try a straight edge blade and/or steel wool on the window. To my surprise the straight edge does appear to make a difference, however I have now discovered this overspray is not only on the outside of windows but on the inside as well. After paying $35,435.00 for a vehicle, I just dont understand why someone is not attempting to make this right. I should not have to spend hours upon hours scraping an overspray off the windows of a brand-new vehicle. At this point I think all the windows need to be replaced and/or trade this vehicle out for a brand-new model. Either of these options are acceptable however, I am not interested in taking more time off work and/or making more useless trips to Rolla (55 miles away) for someone to attempt to get all this overspray off. as it is an impossible job and extremely time consuming. I have now spent at least 14 hours scraping and have barely made a difference. I have emailed ************** (GM) and ***'s ***************** no response from them.
