Buyer beware, they have a great 3D design tool but their customer service isnt for the *** person like me, go somewhere else. They make truss buildings but are just another broker for red iron buildings. When they sent me the initial prints it came with a note saying to reply before 12:00 noon today, after that there will be a 5% increase. They didn't help me understand anything so, when I finally had time to look at the prints, the doors weren't in the right location. I addressed it with them and after going back and forth they wanted another $3700 to make the changes....don't know how ********************** got away for free but good for you! Like an idiot I paid them ($3928 not $3700) so the delivery wouldnt get delayed. After the dust settled, I compared the prints and there isn't any additional structural steel or bracing, there's actually less steel...seems like they just wanted to hit my wallet. Getting through all that, the delivery was set for *** which ended up changing to July due to covid. This was somewhat understandable but when it finally arrived the whole trim package was missing which delayed construction even more. They didnt identify the shortages, didn't let me know some stuff would be delayed, didn't offer anything to help make it up even though I have rented equipment waiting on the materials. As this is written they are providing the rest of the parts faster than they initially stated but that doesnt change the fact that it cost me an extra $4000 to get the building I designed on their website and my construction was pushed to the hottest month of the year. If there's a response to this review it will say something about industry wide shortages and nothing about taking responsibility.
