This company gave out information that was not true. I told them I was only interested in getting a food card. I was switch to twp different people. I told the one lady Nancy that I would only give out information that I feel comfortable giving out. Told them what insurance company I was with. She wanted more information to look up my insurance. I told her then that I could call them myself now that I know I could get the food card from my insurance. She went on to tell me that she was license with my insurance co. she said that she could give me her license number i explain to her that she could give me any name and she could give me any numbers and before I finish talking she hung up on me. Call my insurance company and they told me they were trying to sell me some insurance and trying to get me to leave who I was with. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY NO INFORMATION THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOU TO LEAVE THE COMPANY YOU ARE WITH AND WHAT THEY HAVE IS NOT WORTH IT!!

They called me four times this morning. They have an annoying 4-5 second pause before they connect. On the fourth call they asked for my wife by name. I gave her the phone and the woman caller immediately hung up on my wife. Stay away from this annoying company.SmartMatch Insurance Agency, LLC Response

We were lied to from the beginning. Person only told us the good things about the policy. And after we called our agent, he told us the bad things we had unknowingly signed up for. We attempted several times to connect with this agent and were told she was in a meeting. I shopped my Medicare drug supliment with Smart Match and the told me all of my drugs were tier 1 and 2 and I was to save money over my old plan. However, one prescription is Tier 4 and now I will be spending more for my drugs than before. I called and spoke to an agent in ******* (yes, I know his name) He sold me on ******** and United Health. Answered that I did not have to keep united if I found something else. Have been calling and leaving messages for him everyday this week. No return call. I want to cancel United Healthcare. Is this how Smart Match operates?? They need to change their name to Smart Pitch. I was pitched an insurance program that sounded great, I was assured I'd be covered in Jan 2023. Never received any materials to confirm my enrollment, again reassured, I had time, an the agent would keep me informed of progress. It's January 4, 2023, called them, got transferred to the new insurer, they had NO application or any information I had spent over 2 + hours providing to the SM agent. Was told nothing had ever been sent! It should be a crime to lead elders on with reassurances and false statements. I would not recommend Smart Match, in fact I'd say Beware of any contact with their agency.SmartMatch Insurance Agency, LLC Response
