Review update since my last review:

The service was ultimately completed on March 27, 2024, following initial estimates that it would be finished by March 22. Despite reassurances for a revised completion date of March 26, there was a further delay. I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise, particularly in mountainous regions during winter. However, the communication regarding timelines could have been clearer.

As a professional in real estate, I understand the importance of managing expectations. Unfortunately, this company's communication created false expectations, leading to a disappointing experience. When the work was finally completed, instead of providing a walkthrough of the new system and its maintenance, the project manager asked me to update my Yelp review. His exact words were, "if you feel we've earned more than a 1-star review on Yelp, it would be great if you changed it." Update my review? Provide better service and the review would have been updated.

Regrettably, the work was completed late, and the promised walkthrough was not provided. I'm disappointed by this experience. It is now April 15th, and I am still awaiting a follow-up call.

During my initial inquiry, I specifically asked about the heating and cooling capabilities of the system and its noise level, especially since it's situated next to a bedroom. I was assured that the new heat pump system would be quiet and efficient. However, the downstairs area only blows cold air when temperatures drop below 35 degrees, and the noise from the heat pump disrupts sleep in the adjacent bedroom. They also informed me that when it gets cold enough outside, the system would need to be turned onto emergency heat. The thermostat they installed doesn't even have an emergency heat option. They also left trash in the closet where the heat pump was installed.

I am currently awaiting a call from a manager and will provide further updates accordingly.
