  We were very content with *** and his team at Veritas. We had our very large and very fine featured roof replaced due to hail damage. From our initial consultation to the final supplemental invoice and payment, *** and his team at Veritas were prompt, courteous, informative, and patient in dealing with weather, supplies, insurance, and labor. We would tell anyone that Veritas is a top-notch outfit and to expect the best if that is what you yourself generally give as well.

  The hail storm of March, 2023, presented a unique challenge for homeowners and the construction industry. Veritas was recommended by my insurance company, and I was not disappointed! Yes, everything took months to accomplish due to the sheer volume of demand. ********************* always responded to my questions And gave me realistic updates throughout the process. The work on my home is complete and the quality is exceptional. I am very pleased.

  After a bumpy start, Veritas brought in a very polite and professional crew that made things right. **************** was amazing. Tear off and replacement in one day and then they also moved on to our neighbor's home! There are some things that could have been done differently, but the result is a solid, covered deck that we can enjoy. Veritas worked with us and addressed our concerns.

  I closed on my house in May 2022. Veritas was hired AND PAID to complete the required repairs. More than a year later, the repairs have not been completed. I received a phone call in May 2023 assuring me that they "would get me on the schedule.". I've heard nothing since.

  Hello *****. In all fairness, we made attempts to schedule repairs to your home shortly after you purchased the home in May of 2022. Some of the requested work has been completed, but there was added unforeseen work needed to properly complete the rest of the repairs. We did not schedule the repairs because you specifically requested our team to hold off for a period of 7 months. This was not our decision and we respected your wishes. You did request us to move forward with the repairs back in May of this year and we have been delayed due to higher than volume claims that overwhelmed our office. For this we do apologize and we are working on assembling our installers to complete the final phase of repairs completed. However, to imply that we have been negligent for more than a year is not correct. This is not how we operate as a service provider and we have been working as diligently as we can to add more staff in an effort to keep up with the increased demand for our service. I agree that we are about 90 days behind schedule and I do offer my sincerest apologies. We will have one of our team members reach out over the next couple of days to move forward on the repairs.

  *** * The owner, ***, has interacted with me as an honorable, professional person of integrity and empathy for what we were experiencing with our insurance company. He was able to navigate a complicated process with assertiveness and professionalism. I can't speak highly enough of his capabilities and attentiveness. I would highly recommend him and his business.

  Amazing. We were close to closing on the sale of my home when a huge hail storm hit. Veritas came in highly recommended and surpassed all the expectations. They made you feel like you were their only client and certainly made a stressful situation VERY easy. As promised, everything was completed prior to closing. Their service was so great, we had them perform some work on the new purchase. Again, they outperformed. Great communication, very honest, and had things completed PRIOR to the anticipated time frame. They will have my business for life.

  Veritas did an outstanding job. They did the whole thing in one day and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The workers were considerate and polite, and did not play loud music. (I was home sick that day and was very grateful for that!) The roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend Veritas Consulting to anyone needing a new roof.

  Veritas recently replaced the roof on a Church North of *********. Excellent management, excellent workers. Fast service, great quality work. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing roof work.
