  Veritas replaced my roof and siding after some bad storms in Spring of 2025 and I could not be more pleased. They were very professional, prompt with service, and responsive to any questions I had. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster, keeping me involved as well, to make the whole experience easy for me. The work looks great and the workers were very respectful of our property making sure to clean up and keep places clear so we would have as little disruption as possible. Would use them again for sure! 5/5

Filing a supplement to get the siding included in your claim took some effort, but we are so glad we were able to convince the carrier to include it, along with your roof.   The high quality of this company seems to trickle down from the top. I don't find many people who are as dedicated to their work as I am. If you are similarly one of those folks, you'll know what I mean when I say I am struck whenever a contractor is responsive, communicative, respectful, and knowledgeable all at once. It just is not the norm. Honestly, it's an enormous relief. Like one thing has been taken off my mind to worry about.Veritas took off a very poorly done roof that had been recently installed, completed an assessment of what bits are in good shape and can be left behind to prevent unnecessary expense, thoroughly cleaned up the gunk and goo that had been left and put on by the handyman who did the prior work in order to deal with leaks due to incorrect installation (this was a big deal and gets serious brownie points from me), installed careful flashing etc to help insure no future leaks, and then gave me an excellent warranty on the entire new work. Veritas was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote, which is where I believe pricing usually is for folks I like to work with.I have hired them to do the gutters now, and will be inquiring about jobs in the future for sure. I highly recommend you reach out to them.

  We just had our roof replaced by Veritas, and it was an outstanding experience! Our insurance company was denying our hail claim, and *** and his crew held their feet to the fire, and they eventually paid for our roof. You pay for homeowner's insurance for years and then when you need them, they like to delay, deny, balk, and whatever else it takes to not pay. ***** patient, but persistent manner eventually won the day.The roof looks great!   ****, thank you for hanging in there with us. Most companies that do what we do will not challenge an insurance carrier and are only interested in the "fast money" to slap a roof on and get paid. When we feel convicted enough, we take our time and utilize our experience to provide sound reasoning, photo documentation and rules of engagement that insurance carriers set up to ensure they fulfil their responsibility to cover the policyholder in times of peril. If we convinced they are in the wrong, we fight for our clients and in most cases, are victorious. We were so pleased that the decision came out in our favor and you received your well-deserved new roof.

  I've been working with Veritas Exterior for the past two years, and they have consistently earned my trust when it comes to anything related to home exteriors. ***, the owner, is incredibly responsible, professional, and knowledgeable.   Professional. Courteous. Kind. We appreciate the time Veritas staff spend with us going over details of the project to replace our roof. There was NO pushy salesmen pressuring us to make a decision. We felt well informed and respected to take the time needed to entertain multiple vendors. Onsite work we done efficiently and professionally and clean up following the project was excellent. We are particularly impressed by the warranty and the way Veritas Consulting stands behind their work. We highly recommend this company!

  Quick response to our roof leak repair. ***** K was very polite, friendly and efficient. He made sure that we knew what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Provided pictures for our records. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you for your help.

  There are so many ways to literally get shafted when dealing with roofing contractors along every step of the way.That's why I am literally thrilled to have worked with ********************* and Veritas Consulting! From the initial steps of determining damage (had a couple of knock on your door contractors come by) and whether a new roof was warranted, to estimating and providing accurate data to the insurance company (the adjuster handling our case literally praised the Veritas submission!), to using quality sub-contractors and following up every step of the way, Veritas was truly exceptional!There were a couple of issues with the work done by subs with installation of new roof, gutters, downspouts, siding edges, etc. that were addressed immediately by *** and his team and completed to our satisfaction!Through-out the process, the verbal and written communication with us was very impressive! We've dealt with contractors over the years, and I've never been as impressed with any one as much as Veritas!

  It was a moment of crisis for our family. As a new homeowner I had never had to submit a claim to my insurance and *** and his team were perfect. They not only did a fantastic job on the actual replacement of my roof, gutters, and downspouts, but went above and beyond to help me navigate the tricky world of insurance claims and payouts. Without them I do not know what I would have done. From beginning to end the professionalism and courtesy they showed us was so far above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Truly a blessing to our family!

  Professional, Courteous, Complete My home sustained substantial damage from the March 2023 hailstorm. Ive never had to deal with insurance on this level before. The folks at Veritas walked me though the entire process. They explained ******************** all my questions and dealt directly with my insurance company. It was a very busy time for them, but they always kept me in the loop and got things done as quickly as possible. Everything was always cleaned up and put back the way it was before they started. I would highly recommend Veritas for any of your home needs.

  We were very content with *** and his team at Veritas. We had our very large and very fine featured roof replaced due to hail damage. From our initial consultation to the final supplemental invoice and payment, *** and his team at Veritas were prompt, courteous, informative, and patient in dealing with weather, supplies, insurance, and labor. We would tell anyone that Veritas is a top-notch outfit and to expect the best if that is what you yourself generally give as well.
