    I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. I have ordered from Midway since the pre internet days and have never had even a minor problem. Just ordered an Athlon chronograph and it showed up a day early. Have never had prices different in my cart than listed

    I ordered a firearm from them. I called them to switch it to a different FFL and without my approval they reached out to *** to have the firearm returned back to them. So I called them back and asked to speak to someone to get this right. They said there is nothing they can do and I would have to pay a restocking fee. As far as the return of the money, they won't issue me a refund until they get the gun back. I am not the first one that called about this. I asked to speak to someone to get the gun shipped back to me and they only said they could put me in contact with someone that can help me. Now I am out of money but can get another gun. It is the fact that there is a gun out there in limbo and this is a public service issue. If something was to happen, someone can walk out with a high powered rifle.

    Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal at **********************; in alignment with this goal, we have completed an investigation into Mr. ********** claim. We appreciate the Better Business Bureau (BBB) bringing his complaint to our attention and serving as an independent third party. Mr. ********* reached out to us via phone on 03/27/2025 about his order. He had requested we change the *** for the order because their hours of operation were not convenient for him. Once we explained this was not possible, he asked us to cancel his order. After Mr. ********* requested, we cancel his order our *** put in the request to do so by intercepting the package. Later during the phone call, he changed his mind, and we failed to cancel the request. Due to this, our team communicated we would cover any of the fees associated with the return including shipping and stocking fees. Mr. ********* became irate and verbally abusive towards our ***resentatives threatening to turn us into the police, ATF, and BBB for practicing in illegal activities by intercepting a firearm package. This package is accounted for and is in the hands of *** on its way back to our warehouse. During one of Mr. ********** interactions he admitted to participating in a straw sale which is not allowed. As we have been made aware of his intentions, we will not be able to sell Mr. ********* another firearm and a full refund will be issued back to his card once we receive the firearm back. Customer Satisfaction is our # operational goal, but we must follow all laws and regulations. We would also be happy to provide transcriptions of any of the interactions proving our above claims.

    Midway has really dropped the ball with customer service. ie. Selling items with incorrect descriptions and number counts and not making it right after the fact. Treating customers as if their mistakes are your problem. There are better places to buy from!

    Do not buy from Midway ***. I paid for reload bullets Feb 17. They shipped Feb 18. It is now March 3. The bullets just showed up at the wrong place. Midway will not do anything at all until March 18 th. They **** at taking care of paying customers. They could have refunded or re shipped either one but chose to tell me to pound salt for 1 Full month. and they tought FAST shipping. I called 3 times for help and got an up yours ****** Do not buy from Midway ***

    "Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at ******************** USA" I recently purchased a complete upper. Upon receiving the product I noticed the factory seal was broken. Upon further inspection I realized the product had multiple blemishes and deep scratches. I spoke via chat to a customer service ***resentative and they offered that they could exchange or refund the product. The problem is the product is now not in stock and the *** would not offer any other options as a solution, such as discounting for obvious use/damage and proceeded to abruptly end the chat. My second problem is, with seeing all the bad reviews on not refunding funds properly to customers or flat out rejecting returns after they have received the product back, I have no faith in the customer service of this company. Highly disappointed with the non concern for sending damaged/used products to fellow veterans. This seems to happen quite frequently with this company. I deeply regret not researching the integrity of this company before purchasing from them.

    I used to buy parts from Midway Usa and now I refuse! I was shopping for a replacement integrated laser sight for the S&W Bodyguard 380. Doing so I found that the replacement is a Crimson Trace. Their web site has it for $49.99 and S&W has it for $49.99 and both places are out of stock. Midway does have it but their price for the replacement is $169.99!!!! That is a 300% mark up! NO THANK YOU!!!!

    Well I personally have had no complaints with this company. I have been ordering products from them for 1 year. I have bought all types of products from archery/shooting/ammo to wildlife systems. I personally would refer them to my friends and family. *** *.

    MidwayUSA has gotten way too big and has completely forgotten about their customer base and customer service. They offer very few shipping options and when *** has trouble delivering a package they don't care at all about finding solutions to get you the product. The corporate big business monster that MidwayUSA has become has strict policies that offer NO flexibility in re-routing a package or having it held at a *** location for a customer pick-up. Sometimes when a signature is needed for a package people have little to no options and MidwayUSA is completely and unapologetically unable to assist in anyway. Smaller business choices like Euro Optic, Mile High Shooting, Scheels and Sportsman's Warehouse should be used at all costs above MidwayUSA as they are completely a different company today than they were ***** years ago. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

    Lied about returns, said *** would charge $12 to ship less than an oz. Items seemed pretty beat up for being "new". I would not trust purchasing from this company again.

    former great company, that no longer stands by what they sell. purchased ammunition that Midway, *********, and freedom arms said will safely fire in my handgun. The ammo is longer than the revolver cylinder, does not fit, no way I'm firing. called midway....was referred to the manufacturer....called manufacturer....and was referred back to midway. zero responsibility for blatantly false advertising. your money is better spent at bass pro, cabelas, or any other place for that matter. This company does not cate one bit about 30+ year customers....and has lost one over 45 dollars.imagine how many more they are going to loose over camp fires this coming hunting season.
