  I have to say as a first time home buyer, and not really knowing the process, ***** and *** went above and beyond helping us! This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend using this company. ***** and *** as a team were fantastic! I cannot thank them enough for all they did to get us to the finish line!!

  This company is the most misleading lender we have ever dealt with. We were pre approved, then conditional approved and finally was told we were approved. Then right before closing the whole thing went to **** and beyond!!!! Never use this company!!!!!!!!! All of this information can be proven, thanks to our realtor. If I could give them a BIG FAT 0 I WOULD !!!!!

  Dear ***************, While it is unfortunate that we were unable to proceed with your transaction, the situation was out of our control. We have an obligation to lend responsibly, in compliance with all state and federal regulations, and part of that involves verifying sources of income. You provided us with a letter from the ********** of ******** Affairs, but in our efforts to validate the letter and verify your income, we contacted the ********** of ******** Affairs and they were not able to confirm any of the information contained in the letter. Your Loan Originator explained the situation and requested the contact information for the source of the letter, but you declined to provide that information. In the face of such large discrepancies, it was concluded the letter most likely did not originate with the ********** of ******** Affairs, and we were unable to move forward with your loan. At Mid-Continent Funding, Inc. we pride ourselves on our ability to work with our clients situations to achieve loan closings, but we also pride ourselves on our compliance, and we will not sacrifice our high ethical standards in order to achieve more closings.

  Hands down the worst lender who advertises commitment to service members. Negotiated and locked in interest rates with a known close date. Interest rates started to increase and the lender let the rates expire before the unchanged scheduled close date. They would not extend or honor their initial commitment. Took total advantage of increased rates and a Soldier took a huge loss in ******* dollars towards a purchase of a home. Will NEVER recommend and will advise all service members to steer clear.

  As a first time homeowner and member of the military, I was advised to go with ***** for my home loan. I will say it was a great experience and I would highly recommend going through *************. ***** started off the process with me and was helpful in explaining how everything went, providing estimates that were very helpful for my final numbers. *** did a great job as well when I got to the underwriting/closing part of the home buying process. Both of these individuals were available when I needed them and they gave me timely updates throughout. As this was my first home buying experience, I will say it was a great experience and was a happy customer.
