5 stars*** helped us review our ******** plan options as our plan was discontinued. All our questions were answered, and importantly, we got more useful and correct information than we got from watching videos. Very efficient and specific to our situation. 5 starsTIG is so great at what they do. Navigating ********* supplements, drug plans, etc., are so confusing, especially when its new to you. A lot of information is coming all at once. Ive been watching their TikToks, and its all broken down and much easier to navigate through it all. Whenever I call, everyone is so helpful, professional, and friendly. . Im sure they get lots of questions asked over and over again, but they show such patience and kindness. I appreciate everyone that I have spoken to from this exceptional group.Thomas Insurance Group

They recently helped find me a ******** supplement that has good coverage & was more affordable, when my former supplement suddenly greatly increased my rate. They were so pleasant to work with & even walked me through the whole process of how to electronically sign, since I am elderly and not familiar with computers, etc. They were so patient with me. They were just so helpful & saved me a lot of ***************** Their agents are so knowledgeable & also very sweet . The agents took their time with us and made sure we understood all of the various aspects of the policies we were buying. They were able to answer all of our many questions. They were prepared for our meeting and ready to focus just on our needs and wants. We were treated respectfully and with the most care. 5 starsJune 17, 2025 Ms. ***** ******* is the commensurate insurance professional: a careful listener, efficient, detail oriented & always willing to go the extra mile. She is an excellent agent who I strongly recommend.Going on to ******** and needing a ******** Supplement Plan, Drug Plan and *************** Plan felt like it would require a lot of decisions; ***** made great suggestions and always patiently answered my many questions.Even though I was pretty certain that a ******** Advantage Plan was not going to be a good option for me, to help satisfy the curiosity of a good friend, ***** put together some plan details and numbers for me to review. The out-of-pocket maximums are quite high where I live. In the midst of being thorough and efficient, ***** is always polite. 5 starsI recently retired and needed help navigating ******** as I moved off of a Company-provided plan and *****. TIG helped greatly with the process finding me comparable coverage through a ******** Supplemental plan at a significant savings to COBRA. TIG took the time to learn about my wife's health challenges (25-year cancer survivor) to ensure that the recommended solution truly fit her and our needs.
