    1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY!!They will try to substitute material color without notifying customer. Their quality of work is less than amateur. They are unreliable to show up and not communicate why. The installers are either picking up helpers from halfway house in ********, or being arrested for outstanding warrants, or have health issues that prevent them from working. The quality of work is horrendous. They showed up late in morning (after 10:30 am) and would leave before 2pm due to heat, never put in more than a 4-hour day. Would leave to go work on other jobs due to not having all of the correct material to do the job properly. ****** refused to use the proper installation material stating it was a preference not a requirement, NOT MY PREFERENCE!!!! Installers quit and packed up their tools stating they had lost money on the job due to not having all of the material to do the job correctly and having to make so many trips back and forth. they did extremely shoddy, unprofessional, sloppy work making many, many, many, mistakes. At 1 point was told by *****, the owner, if I wanted their sloppy work and mistakes fixed, I would have to pay extra for labor and material to fix. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PROJECT WHATSOEVER!!!! I decided to finish the job myself.
