    After seeing this business on ******** and TikTok I contacted him about doing some work for me. I bought some truck parts, sent them to him, and he was to hydro dip the parts and then ship them back to me. On November the 8th he charged me $535.00 for doing the work. After putting the parts on the truck they started to fad within 1 year. I've had this done twice before with other vendors and the parts tend to last 3 to 4 years before this starts to happen. I reached out to the vendor and explainef the issue. He asked that I send pictures. I sent the pictures and never heard back from him. I made repeated attempts to contact him through phone calls, text messages and even sending him messages through TikTok. He ignores all and is not giving me any inclination that he wants to pursue fixing the problem. At a minimum I feel like I'm out $535 plus the shipping. The shipping and the truck parts ran somewhere between $700 and $900. This is not include the labor to install the parts. I feel like at a minimum you should offer a full refund of the labor plus shipping. I would rather him replace the parts and do the work in a manner in which would be acceptable. But, at this point in time I'm not sure he can be trusted to do that. I am including pictures of what a new part look like versus the parts now and a copy of the credit card statement that shows the charge he made to my card. I hope this is an avenue to get some type of resolution. Thanks in advance for the help.

    We have received the response from the customer, reviewed the pictures and responded back to him with no other response.  We cannot tell from the pictures that anything is wrong with the parts.  The design looks like it should.  There are no chips or cracks, and it looks like there is still color in the design from the pictures that were sent.

    I am aware that it is hard to see the problem in the photos. This was explained to the vendor when I reached out to him originally but he insisted on me sending photos. He was supposed to look at the photos and then call me. I have very polite in trying to get this resolved but he has totally ghosted me and will not reply to any of my calls or texts. I have attached more photos here that I hope show a little better that the color has washed out and is no longer the original look but instead appears to be more purple than brown. The last 2 photos show the truck when the parts were new. This is no reason for him to totally ignore me and not return any of my calls or texts. Before he finished the job he replied to every text and call. I don't believe this is the proper way for him to handle my claim. He has not responded to me at all. This not the first time I have had this type of work done but it is the first time that I have had this issue. The other times it has lasted 4 to 5 years before it would even start to fade. Once again I think at a minimum it would be fair to refund all my cost of product and cost of the work. I will have to remove these and start all over again. I will not only lose the cost of the work but now the parts are not usable as well.

    I agree that we have not tried calling the customer but we did respond back to the text.  Again, we do not see the "fade" in the design.  The truck parts that the customer is referring to are not unusable and we should not be responsible for parts that are perfectly functionable.  We do not feel like we should give a refund for the work that we did as we feel that the work done was what the customer paid for.  We have done many projects over the past 5 years and have not had anyone bring up any problem like this.  As stated before, we cannot see a fade and we do not see any additional problems with the parts that would warranty us to give a refund or replace the parts.  We do stand by our work, even though there is nowhere stated on our website about a warranty, but only if there is a defect (which would be cracks or chips in the clear coat).  With no crack or chips, the actual design would not be affected.
