I have been reaching out to JSP Properties since the end of December, throughout the month of January and have left a message at the message last week by calling and leaving multiple voice mail messages, email messages and completed a couple of their online forms with no response. I simply want to provide them with my new bank information so they can withdraw my monthly HOA which was rejected this month. Also, I want to know why I was being charged an $80 keying fee since the lock had been changed prior to me purchasing the Unit in June of last year.

      Business Response

      Date: 02/15/2023

***************************** closed on her condo unit on or about May 31, 2022. She used a real estate professional to address many items that most other owners do directly. We cannot speak to the interaction. She received an *** Welcome Packet which provided information on services JSP Properties LLC provides to the *** (limited and virtual), as well as contact information and methods. This was received by *****************************. ******************** was established on technology platforms used by the *** and participated in various communications, including accessing and using the platform. This included making changes to her bank account for paying her ***************. We have system logs which indicates her use of this system.  ***************************** also had been clearly provided email addresses to directly contact the ***. She indicates being charged $25 for a key which was changed. The key charge was not made by JSP Properties LLC and is not anywhere on her account ledger, which dates to her move in upon purchase. In reviewing her account to respond to this, it appears that she in fact accessed the system and changed her bank account before the recent returned payment item which must give rise to her statement on not being able to update her bank account.  And the confusion persists with no emails.  In terms of telephone calls, we do not show records of any messages received from ***************************** and we  tracks calls and messages. We find this inappropriate to publicly post.  To permit this to publish is a biased detriment to JSP Properties LLC, of which we would have our legal counsel interject to reiterate the above but in a different light.

      Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:

JSP Properties finally send a form today and the link in which I could update my banking information online.  At the time of purchase I banked with BMO ****** Bank and when I went into the file this afternoon, that was the bank on file.  I have not accessed website since I have moved in.  I changed my bank to US bank in January and now have updated the file and deleted the old bank information.  I also left a voicemail message on the general line at ************ today at 2:17 pm which I would be shocked if anyone returned my call.  It is standing joke in my department as we gather around for another message being left since January. I am deeply concerned that they are not accepting any fault in the mismanagement of this situation and trying to blame me.  I have gone out of my way to try and pay my HOA fees, thus contacting the BBB to do so.  They are now trying to make me pay fees which occurred to their inability to return a call, email or online form.  I wish I could I am the only person in the building that has had such a negative experience with JSP but, I can't. I am requesting they waive all the fees they are charging me because of this issue.  Had the returned any of my calls made in January none of this would happen.

As for the rekeying to a master charge, I was told by the building super to contact JSP to have the $85 fee waived, as he told me it was going to be charged to my account.  I am not be held responsible for miscommunication with the employees of the building.
