            This company does not live up to the basic standards of customer **********************. While doing work at a neighbor's house directly behind mine, there team blocked my driveway and alley and refused to move their truck, which I found extremely unprofessional and rude. When I called to report the behavior of their staff, I was greeted with the same type of sarcasm and hostility. This led me to request a call back from the owner, who never followed up. There are other companies out there who promote high standards of customer ********************** and care. I would never refer this business to anyone.

            I apologize you feel this way. I spoke with the crew that was onsite of this unfortunate situation. I have video and pictures of the situation that took place and I was on the phone with the crew while you were on the phone with the office staff yelling and calling them names. You did say that you called the cops so I said we will let them handle it seeing they were going to be onsite. I have pictures and video of where our trucks were parked in reference to your car and driveway. The alley was open for cars to get through, which shows in the video of you getting upset and pulling away. The cops that were called just drove by and didn't stop because clearly the alley and your driveway were in fact not blocked. I also gave your number to our company owner to call you, who is very busy and was unable to return your call immediately, which apparently was expected. This situation happened yesterday afternoon and it is 8:45 am the next morning, please allow at the very least 24 hours for him to be able to return your call. Once again I apologize for the misunderstanding, but this is a poor review that does not reflect our company accurately.

            Update as of 9:40 am 6/13/2023 A call was made to ******* from the ** of Operations as she requested (the owner is out sick.) The call started off calm with her bashing our employees to have not responded to her demands as fast as she expected, as they were in the middle of a cut with the crane. The explanation and acknowledgement of the pictures and video from the ** she proceeded to call him names and a racist, swearing and hanging up.

            Your response not only tells me, but others as well, what you're truly about. Not only is your behavior poor in perception and judgment, it's aligned and rooted in privilege. You and the members of your team lack awareness, and values, among other things. My neighbors care about our neighborhood and would've never behaved the way that your company has chosen to behave. I called the police only after trying to navagate through the branches and large truck bocking the alleyway... after sitting idle for a long period of time... after your team felt entitled and privileged and refused to move the truck and large branches. ONLY after deciding to drive on my neighbors grass, was I finally able to squeeze out. After that, I decided to cancel the call to the police because it was no longer an issue for me. Instead of offering an apology, **** decided to call me this morning to show his privilege and *****-like behavior. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, or having some sense of empathy, he attempted to show his privileged behavior to taunt me. Precision tree service employees and its owner not only feel entitled, but have HORRIBLE customer ********************** ethics.

            The only reason I am giving this any more of my time is because I feel a strong need to stand up for ourselves and to not be bullied, called names or being called racist by someone who was maybe just having a bad day and to drag our name through the mud. We are a great company with many many happy clients and this review is unfortunate but I stand behind my team when they say they did everything they could to make you happy with the situation. Upon talking with your neighbor which was our client, you were notified on more than one occasion of the tree removal being done that day and you were given the suggestion of moving your car to the street if it would be a problem for you to get out. Due to the video and pictures I received of your aggressive behavior towards the crew, I have all I need to stand behind my team. I wish to no longer discuss this with you any further.
