We give a 3 year Warranty If you have any future problems with bats we come back at our own expense and take care of your issue . Provided you haven’t reroofed or added on to the structure, which would remove our bat proofing . ( we get less than a 3% call back every year So most of our customers are happy and no longer have any issues with bats)
