1 starWhen we build with them, we were told that we would have a one month and 11 months request. The one month request took 5-6 months before they did anything, and many many calls, before it got done. With our 11 month request we are at a year and a half and still haven't heard anything. There were many things wrong with the new, including a GAS LEAK..... do not settle for a home inspection through their people, they clearly pay them offReview fromTan and Leslie W

My husband and I purchased a home in September 2023 and we are still waiting on our walk through items to addressed and fixed. S W Wold never answers phone voicemails and emails. Please be very careful when deciding to purchase your dream home through them! Very bad experience!!!!

We have sent you a copy of the contract showing your purchase information from September 2022 and encourage you to review and re-submit a detailed 11 month warranty request.
