I just returned from a wonderful river cruise on AMAWaterways ship AMAPrima through the Netherlands and Belgium. Jamie Bachrach took care of every detail from being met at the airport, all excursions and activities and being picked up from the boat back to the airport. He was always ready to answer questions and he has first hand experience with this type of travel. AMAWaterways has an option of gentle walking tours which we took advantage of - something to consider if you’re not sure you can keep up with a faster paced tour. Thanks, Jamie!Wandering Puffin, LLC

Highly recommend the Wandering Puffin. We had a great 17 day vacation exploring Italy, Austria and Germany. Jamie’s expertise in vacation planning was evident from our first Zoom meeting with him. He asked the right questions and delivered on all aspects of our trip. The itinerary was a great mix of must see sites, tours and free time. He provided a very detailed easy to follow itinerary which was also available on our phones so everything was always accessible. The accommodations he booked were always close to city centers, train stations and tour meet points so it was very walkable. Jaime planned our two week trip to Portugal. It was the trip of a lifetime! We had a detailed itinerary and everything went exactly as planned. The tour guides were prompt and knowledgeable, drivers were professional and helpful, and the hotels were perfect. We wanted to experience a variety of places and that was accomplished. We had nothing to think about, just go! When we arrived In a restaurant, the server already knew about my food allergies. We will definitely utilize Jamie’s serves again. We have utilized Jamie’s (The Wandering Puffin) services for years now. Specifically for our international itineraries and vacation destinations. He takes the time to listen and plan detailed itineraries specific to your requests. Invaluable expertise in selecting hotels in prime locations. An extensive network of local guides to support and educate you along the way Our most recent trip included destinations in Spain and France with 10 guided tours throughout. We had hubs in Barcelona, Aix En Provence and Lyon with day excursions throughout. Dear friends accompany us which made it even more special. Our children have also flexed Jamie’s services for international destinations with exceptional results. We've worked with Jamie for years (it's really a joy) and most definitely will continue to do so. Wow! Jamie has done it again. We saw a "Foodie Tour" of Italy online and asked Jamie to book it for us. He replied and asked if he could look into putting together a custom tour for us instead of the advertised online one. He delivered! We had 6 days in Florence as a "base" with a private driver that drove us to the various cities, food, wineries, etc. The driver then took us for 2 days in the Pienza area where we had a cooking class and eventually to Rome for 6 days with a private guide! The entire trip was wonderful! Highlights were the Cooking Class, Truffle Hunt which included a full truffle lunch, Scooteroma Foodie Tour of Rome, and all the sightseeing adventures along the way. Jamie was a lifesaver for us in so many ways on our trip! We had a group of 6 that went to England & Ireland for 2 weeks. we were bumped off a flight, one person got sick and needed to go home early, one lost their luggage, one of us needed a doctor while in Ireland. Jamie handled everything quickly and with ease - and we barely noticed any disruption! We told Jamie our hopes and dreams for 2 weeks abroad and he created us an adventure that included everything and made everyone happy! Without Jamie we would never had been able to navigate the countries the way we did - he was a master with the logistics of travel, hotel, food and entertainment. Our Driver "Ian", who was arranged by Jamie, was so kind and knowledgeable about the country and the history and the routes we drove. Ian was a huge highlight for all of us! We heard about ***** and his services from a friend as we were planning a multi city trip on our way to see our daughter who was studying abroad. We had never been to Europe before and contacted ***** to help ** plan an itinerary. Four of ** contacted ***** and had an initial phone conversation and then a Zoom meeting. We had ample opportunity to ask questions and hear options for our trip. We presented our loose plan and ***** helped us to plan specifics. He is very knowledgable regarding cities in Europe and his recommendations were spot on including budgeting time for relaxation and people watching. He helped obtain our flights and tickets. We used him to also help our daughter with her flights to and from Europe. He presented a few choices for hotels in each city. They were well located and close to various sites and attractions and very walkable. They were all close to public transportation for longer trips. He arranged transportation from airports to the hotels and back. We took his recommendation to obtain the various city cards which included museum and site access (priority at times) as well as covering train and bus fare. He also helped plan access to sites on the days we planned to see them. One of the nice features of his planning is his living web app which can contain the vouchers to sites and attractions as well as helping keep a schedule. The app is also loaded with sites, restaurants and suggestions if you have time to fill. The trip went well without any hiccups but we were reassured that we had 24 hour access via Whatapp if we needed help. We would use him again for our travel needs.*** and ***Wandering Puffin, LLC

We went to Europe from ******* in October 2022; there were 4 adults in our party. We had a very ambitious itinerary with four stops in 3 different countries. There were many planes, trains and automobiles involved in our travels. ***** handled everything perfectly. Every detail was well thought out in advance and the trip was seamless. ***** listened to our ideas, concerns and wishes and planned our trip around what we wanted.
