Serendipity! That’s what happened when I discovered Jamie ******** and he became my travel agent. Give him a smidgen of an idea and your trip is planned down to the last minute. He seems to know your concerns from the beginning to returning home. Jamie is upfront with pricing and is very fair. If there is a change needed, it is made easily because he is available at anytime. Prompt, efficient and so easy to communicate with. I would trust him to plan any size trip and be fair. Jamie ******** is an excellent travel agent. Wandering Puffin helped us arrange an 8-day trip to Montreal and Quebec City this past September, 2024. Whenever we travel, Jamie always makes sure our lodging and transportation are conveniently located near each other. He thinks ahead and provides guidance about potential "tricky" transfers (like leaving for the airport at 4:30 am!) and ensures that our trips go smoothly. He responds quickly to emails and texts. Jamie (The Wandering Puffins) helped us plan our trip to 7 different countries. We let him know where we wanted to go and he did the rest. Jamie did an excellent job of booking our flights, hotels and finding us the best local guides. He was always available through the app or email if there was something we needed. He also made sure we had a local contact person in each country we visited. Jamie is truly one of the best. I love to take on challenges that are more than simple experiences, and balancing all the different pieces and with 7 countries over nearly 3 months, and a change of country at the last minute, this was an amazing challenge, but one I am proud that I was able to handle. Jamie had a wealth of knowledge about traveling, and was invaluable in helping us plan an awesome 16 day trip to Italy. Unfortunately, about a month before the trip we were forced to cancel due to a family emergency. Jamie was very helpful in getting as much of our money for the trip refunded. Some money was non-refundable, but we were just thankful for his understanding and assistance. We will be making that trip to Italy when we are able, and Jamie will help make it easy again. We highly recommend using Jamie for your travel plans. He has integrity, a wealth of knowledge and is responsive.Wandering Puffin, LLC

Australian Adventure - our family trip of a lifetime! Exciting, easy, efficient travel thanks to Wandering Puffin! My husband and I were so excited that after 25 years, we would be going back to Australia to show our kids (19 yo & 22 yo) why we loved it so much! The thought of planning a trip like this was so overwhelming to me but with Jamie and Wandering Puffin's help, it was easy. My only job was to enjoy it! Jamie listened to my goals, took in my feedback, and compiled a very thoughtful 14-day trip for our family. We visited 3 cities, Sydney, Cairns/Great Barrier Reef & Melbourne. Our planning materials and itinerary were clearly laid out including photos and local contact information. This became especially helpful as Australia was hit with a tropical storm requiring a change in plans. We were immediately notified of the change, received new documents, and were off snorkeling in no time! We did all the things we wanted to do and more! Highlights included Bondi Beach, the Sydney Opera Hour Tour, Snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda, and Rainforestation Wildlife Park, Penguin Parade & Ocean Sounds music festival. We loved it!! Our kids had never traveled internationally before and this trip changed their lives in the best way. It gave them a new perspective on the world and sparked an interest in more travel (which was the goal!). I'll never forget the things we did, the moments we shared, the lovely people we met and watching my kids grow and learn right before my eyes. I would not have done this without Jamie and Wandering Puffin. Thank you! Your experience and responsiveness gave us confidence during planning and travel.
