Our family has taken numerous trips over the past twenty five years with the help of Jamie Bachrach, owner of The Wandering Puffin. We just returned from another fabulous trip in Italy in September. Jamie made the trip easy with air travel, transportation, informative tour guides and accommodations. He did not miss a single detail, once again. He even met us at the airport to make sure everything went smoothly for our group. His wonderful and knowledgable wife, Rosa was our tour guide in Rome. She was such a joy to be with as our friend and tour guide. We can't say enough how we enjoy all of our travels that Jamie has arranged for us, such as France, Costa Rica, Spain, Disney World, Czech Republic, Poland, Budapest and a few others. We look forward to many more great adventures lined up by Jamie in our future.

I want to thank Jaime and Rosa for an outstanding Italian adventure. We had experiences and saw sights that will stay with us for a lifetime. From experiencing the Trevi fountain, the inside of the Colosseum and the Appian Way, the flavors of Rome (especially the porchetta), and then to the small scenic town of Tivoli with the two historic villas and fountains, to say nothing of the adventure of the regional train to board our ship for the cruise. Then the time in Venice especially the trips to the islands of Murago and Burago. And then Florence, to see the Duomo, the statue of David (considerably larger than expected), the views from the piazza di Michelangelo, the cooking class, the gelato along with side trips to Sienna and Parma. The story and tasting of the balsamic vinegar really stood out to me as different (better) than expected. And then finally to Milan with the Galleria, the Duomo (one of the most impressive cathedrals that I have seen rivaling the cathedral at Cologne and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona), and then the trip to Lake Como, St. Moritz and the the scenic train to Bernina. Wow what a trip. Thanks for the trip of a lifetime, at least until our next one.Wandering Puffin, LLC

Jamie made sure our Italy trip was awesome! Our tours through his company made our trip!! Loved the cooking class in Florence!! I was able to check boxes off my bucket list I wasn’t sure I would ever get to see. I got to see David, The Sistine chapel and the Last Supper. Jamie has done trips for us in the past, so trusting him to make our Italy vacation the once in a lifetime trip we wanted was an easy choice and the right one!!Wandering Puffin, LLC

Nearly any travel agent can get you from Point A to Point B. If you want one that can take you from A to B to C to D to E to F to G ... talk to Jamie at the Wandering Puffin. He crafted a seven country, nearly two-month trip for me and my niece this year. Problems? Yup! Iceland Air decided they were not going to fly to Greenland - Jamie pivoted quickly and our Greenland adventure turned into a delightful time in Norway. My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Italy. The fourteen day trip was amazing and an experience we will not forget. The private drivers and tour guides did an incredible job. The trip was seamless and we appreciated Jamie keeping us informed the entire trip. We visited Sorrento, Rome and Florence with different experiences almost daily. Jamie put together an amazing itinerary for our adventures in Portugal and Spain. The locations and sites that he selected for us to see were extremely beautiful and awe inspiring, and he made sure that every aspect of our 20-day tour was well-choreographed to ensure our journey was smooth and easy. We just wish we had more time to spend in these amazing countries. Prior to our trip, Jamie made sure to plan for every contingency and went well out of his way to address our questions and concerns; after all, being away from your home and loved ones can be stressful in and of itself. He was always available during our trip to answer questions and address our needs. We will certainly use Jamie to help plan and execute our next adventure overseas. *** ********Wandering Puffin, LLC

Jamie (The Wandering Puffin) arranged a European trip for us with 3 days in Lucerne, a 7 day Viking Cruise on the Rhine River and a day and night in Amsterdam. It is an absolute pleasure to work with Jamie. He is organized and responsive. Everything is easy to navigate and he is always available to help and answer questions. We even called him from the train station in Basel with a question and he helped us figure out transportation. He listens to your interests and plans the perfect itinerary. Serendipity! That’s what happened when I discovered Jamie ******** and he became my travel agent. Give him a smidgen of an idea and your trip is planned down to the last minute. He seems to know your concerns from the beginning to returning home. Jamie is upfront with pricing and is very fair. If there is a change needed, it is made easily because he is available at anytime. Prompt, efficient and so easy to communicate with. I would trust him to plan any size trip and be fair. Jamie ******** is an excellent travel agent. Wandering Puffin helped us arrange an 8-day trip to Montreal and Quebec City this past September, 2024. Whenever we travel, Jamie always makes sure our lodging and transportation are conveniently located near each other. He thinks ahead and provides guidance about potential "tricky" transfers (like leaving for the airport at 4:30 am!) and ensures that our trips go smoothly. He responds quickly to emails and texts. Jamie (The Wandering Puffins) helped us plan our trip to 7 different countries. We let him know where we wanted to go and he did the rest. Jamie did an excellent job of booking our flights, hotels and finding us the best local guides. He was always available through the app or email if there was something we needed. He also made sure we had a local contact person in each country we visited. Jamie is truly one of the best. I love to take on challenges that are more than simple experiences, and balancing all the different pieces and with 7 countries over nearly 3 months, and a change of country at the last minute, this was an amazing challenge, but one I am proud that I was able to handle.
