  Another fabulous trip designed by Wandering Puffin! Our first trip was to Portugal and now a 2 week adventure in Croatia. Every detail was perfect. We had the best accommodations, seamless travel, and fantastic experiences. We did it all: hiking, wine tasting, boat rides, oyster tasting, touring, cooking class… a second trip of a lifetime. The freedom that comes when all details are planned and organized is such a luxury. Even our food allergies were known by the staff before our arrival. This level of service is priceless. Thank you for this experience. I’d give you more stars if possible.

  We are two older ladies who have been planning our own travel for years. We were finally getting to the point in our lives where we thought maybe someone else would have some new ideas and make our lives easier. We reached out to friends to see if anyone had a recommendation for a trip advisor, and Jami's name was given to us to try. We met with Jamie via Zoom and explained our travel style and interests and mentioned we had been thinking about a cruise of the Dalmation coast. Jamie suggested that we let his team plan everything and he was sure we would be pleased. We Certainly were!!! We visited Dubrovnik, Split and Zagreb in Croatia, Ljubljana in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy. The hotels were wonderful and friendly, the dinner and lunch arrangements excellent, the excursions well planned and seamless! We had such fun and really enjoyed the beautiful countries. We saw the clearest water in Croatian rivers, we went sailing in Split, a visit to an oyster farm and the biggest oysters we had ever seen, which were delicious, two exceptional wineries, and the biggest cave in Europe. Our guides were able to add detailed insights to the countries. Everything was planned and we had drivers from pickup at the airport and for all our excursions. Our guides were great people who were interesting, and fun to be with. We had also asked for some down time in each city, which was planned into our itinerary. It was totally awesome. Thank you, Jamie and team, for three wonderful weeks exploring an area we had never had on our radar before. We will definitely use Wandering Puffin again in the future.   Our trip to Portugal and Spain was everything we hoped it would be! The extra days added to the tour made a big difference so thank you for that suggestion, Jamie.   I was a flight attendant for 46 years. I've always done my own vacation planning but when it came to New Zealand and Australia, I became overwhelmed. My husband suggested contacting Jamie, whom he'd known in the past. Within days, he had our 6 week "dream vacation" meticulously planned. We flew 13 flights and visited 13 different destinations inclusive of north and south islands of New Zealand, Tasmania and mainland Australia. Tours were planned for us at each city, rental cars were arranged, airport transfers done. It was a worry-free, stress-free, whirlwind trip with absolutely everything being perfect!

  I'm usually a scrappy traveler who does his own planning, but with work and life being so hectic, I needed help putting together a much needed vacation... otherwise I'd never get around to taking it. I had two requirements for Jamie: 1) I wanted a medieval history tour in the UK 2) I didn't want to do any thinking in regards to logistics, travel, timing, etc. With only a few weeks to work with before the trip, Jamie acted quickly and methodically and was very responsive, reaching out numerous times to ensure he was getting the details suited to my preferences and budget. The trip ended up being fantastic... the itinerary brought me to several storied cities in England and Scotland to see important castles and cathedrals, complete with tour guides. All hotels and trains were sorted, all I had to do was roll out of bed and follow the instructions he sent. Would definitely leverage Jamie again if I needed a memorable travel experience but faced decision paralysis.

  Jamie went above and beyond to create the perfect itinerary for us in Argentina. We had a wonderful mix of planned adventures and leisure time that left us excited to experience the next cultural encounter/excursion. Jamie was very responsive and made the entire process go so smoothly, no less across multiple time zones, especially when he helped us navigate a connecting flight cancellation due to snow in TX, which required flying out a day later and adjusting our first tour time. We would definitely use Wandering Puffin again for our next international adventure and highly recommend his services.

  I am a returning customer. Why? Because you cannot find someone who works tirelessly to fit your budget and your needs to give you the most fantastic getaway possible. It has been TOO MANY years since we last were able to get away on a vacation. When we finally had the time again, Jamie was my first contact even with many years in between contact. He adds a personal touch and you can tell he truly cares. I'd even consider myself a "high maintenance" customer in my requests and he still takes the time, the energy, and the effort to accommodate and shoot it straight to me. I trust him and you should too. I cannot recommend him more. You will not be disappointed.

  Jamie booked our first cruise for us - 11 days in the Caribbean. We were very happy with the entire experience. Jamie always pays attention to details, and it makes for a smooth trip! We flew into Miami a day early which is always a necessity when coming from Minnesota! The hotel we stayed at was a perfect location and allowed us to easily walk across the street to shops and restaurants. Getting to the port was also very easy. MSC was terrific. Jamie secured a mid-ship balcony room - it was worth it. Very fun to watch the sun rise coming into port or watching sun set while leaving port. Made for some great pictures! Food was very good - especially the seafood, pizza, and desserts. There was a great variety, and you could always find something to meet your needs. The shows were FANTASTIC and there were lots of activities onboard to keep everyone busy. The excursions that Jamie booked were great. It is always nice to just let someone else direct the activities. We also booked a couple additional excursions on board through MSC, again great experience. Everything about this trip was terrific and went smoothly. We did use a private car service from the Miami airport to our hotel and then from the cruise port back to the airport. This is a WONDERFUL indulgence - do it once and you will never go back! We will continue to use Jamie. Always an excellent experience and NO surprises!

  This was our first oversees trip to Italy and Jamie was terrific! We are so thankful for his attention to every detail, his reminders and his planning is outstanding. We visited the magical Venice along with the islands. We moved on to Florence where the cooking class & wine tasting was amazing, took the train to Sorrento for breathtaking views of the coast and 5 star farm to table lunch! The drivers and tours were incredible. We met Rosa in Rome for a delightful tour that came to life. Memories to treasure of Italy with our dear friends! We would recommend Jamie, he is honest, organized and thorough in all the details of his work.
