            entlemen:My previous account with you was listed as: **************** *************** (now Pkwy) #A316, ************************** ***.Previous Transaction numbers: ****** ****** ****** *************************** was my Investment Contact.Recap: After beginning a silver investment program, I was unable to complete my plans as I suffered a massive STROKE, which left me paralyzed on the left side, with cognitive efforts/difficulty. As a result I had forgotten about the silver program until my wife found some silver records and reminded me of it.I am now 90 years of age and remain stroke handicapped, and unable to attend to financial affairs.My wife doesn't know (nor do I) present value, gain, loss , etc. and knows nothing as to how, where and to who to redeem with. Can you please supply her with that info as not sure at 90, how much longer that I may be of any help to her, if any.I always liked reading your NEWSLETTER, and am sorry that my involvement with you has ended this way, and will certainly appreciate any advice that you may give in this regard.Thank you, *********************** ***************************************************************************

            Better check to be sure it’s actual silver. My mother in law bought a bunch of silver coins a while back. 25% of them turned out not to be silver. Schysters wouldn’t honor it, and wouldn’t even give a written response. If you are this about investing with them, think again!!!

            Below, please find my correspondence with Ms. ******************************* back on October 9, 2023; the mother of complainants: L***** S********PO Box **S******** NY 12*** October 9, 2023 ********************* in receipt of your letter about the coins you bought from us approximately 45 years ago. We have had complaints about a few coins missing, but never the amount you mentioned. I wish you had sent the coins to us to repurchase, that way there would be no question if the count was off. We cant find any record of your purchase or your name in our database, but that could be because it was so long ago. Could you have been misled by the firm you sold them to? Did you see the coins that were not silver coins? Do you have the coins? Please advise. Sincerely, ********************** To reiterate, we have no record of you as customers, and ********************** has no paperwork verifying her transaction with us. Furthermore, we have sold hundreds of millions of dollars of these coins and have never received a similar complaint, nor do we know the integrity of the people who purchased the coins from her. I dont think we sold these coins to her. However, I would consider a compromised settlement.
