The Consent Order settles allegations that the business failed to ensure that its registered unlicensed plumbers are properly registered with DLI and properly supervised by licensed journeyworker or master plumber, per Minn. Stat. 326B.47, subd. 1 (b) and 3 (2020) . Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that app registered unlicensed plumbers are properly registered and supervised by a licensed journeyworker or master plumber employed by the business and to pay $500.00 penalty with the balance of $2000.00 stayed on the condition the business complies with the Consent Order and has no further violations of any law, rule or Order by DLI.
