5 starsAs a Board member of the Bright Glade Farms HOA, I only worked with Alex and Row-Cal for a short time, but the time In did was outstanding! Alex brought an incredible level of professionalism to the table, and was always available when we had a question or issue - which he promptly handled.

2 starsUnreasonable late fees charged after changing HOA address. A estimate of $225 was charged to my HOA account after they gave me the wrong mailing address. The quarterly HOA fees are only $110. Manager, ****** went on vacation without replying and is unwilling to resolve these fees with me when she returned and ask me to take it up with collection agency. Bad communication and unprofessional with customer.Rowcal Management LLC

We're sorry to hear about your frustration, and understand your ********************* Manager spoke with you last week to resolve the issue. Apparently, the confusion stemmed from you not receiving email blasts, as your email address was not on file. It has since added your email to our system so you will receive all future updates.
We also looked into your report about the emergency line last night and want to confirm that Arbor ****** was dispatched to address the fallen branch you reported. We are also checking with *** regarding any connection issues with our emergency line.

5 starsOur association switched to RowCal about a year ago. We committed to mutual service levels and began the transition. As with any business partnership it takes time to get familiar with the systems and process. Our assigned community manager made our transition successful and helped us find solutions.
