    Showed the Service Tech where it was leaking, and he replaced a T handle shutoff. But the issue was the Impeller housing, Wet End, and the service tech never checked it. Cost me $245 and they did not solve the problem. I had to replace the wet end my self, for a cost of $130. I had it apart and ready for the Tech to diagnose the problem!! This is their business. I will never use them again. I never should of called them.

    Tub was empty upon arrival...we can't find a leak if it's not leaking. He stated "showed the tech where it was leaking". He's the one who showed me the wrong spot it was leaking from and insisted it was coming from there, pointing to and picking at it with his fingernail. I replaced the section he was absolutely sure it was leaking from. Turns out he was wrong, and or, it was leaking from two spots. Offered to come back and look but he said he already fixed it. He called us out to fix His diagnosis, which we did. Customers are not always right.

    Yes the tub was empty!! It did not hold water!! You are the Hot Tub Serviceman!! If you wanted to put water in it why didn't you ask?? You also agreed it could or was the T Handle Shutoff. I did not insist!! I was not absolutely sure, and you agreed that it was that part. Did you check anything else?? NO!! This is what you do for a living, I am not a Hot Tub Expert!! Yes you offered to come and Fix, agreed, but "FOR TOTAL PARTS AND LABOR!!" Quote from you I would of agreed to Parts but not for Labor, as You Screwed up!!. You did not respond for 3 or 4 days, Only when I threatened to post feedback that you finally sent a message. I will never use them again!! Find someone that knows what they are doing Just beware of this Company!!

    best outfit for hot tub service in the east metro. Unlike others, they answer their phones and arrive at the scheduled time...all at a reasonable price

    I was doing my fall hot tub drain/clean/refill, wasnt paying the attention I should have and the tub overflowed for a period of time. I had turned the breaker off before I started draining the tub but when I tried to restart the hot tub, the **** breaker would instantly trip. I called the guys at Hot Tub Heroes and he coached me through removing the side panel, then removing the cover to the main electrical panel. He suggested running a fan directly into the panel for 24 hours, which I did. After 24 hours I tried restarting and to my great surprise the hot tub started right up. *****, classy guys and they definitely lived up to their name, because they were my Hot Tub Heroes!
