On September 6, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's owner, Kristopher W. Genskay, filed to satisfy a civil judgement, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.082 (2022). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to satisfy all future civil judgements; promptly response to all requests for information from DLI and pay the $3000.00 civil penalty from a 2015 Licensing Order.
