"Shipped wrong order with no quick way to get the correct order shipped out right away, even for a simple $35 item. After spending over a half hour on the phone and talking to 3 different people, my only option was to have them send me a return label (several days), wait for them to process the return (another day), and then wait for shipment of the correct item (another 5 to 7 business days)." ...
