  I've been pleased with my lawn restoration (following a drought and construction) and am highly impressed by Lunseth's customer service. They recommended drought-resistant lawn solutions and provided alternative pricing options. Their communication is excellent; I receive emails/texts that explain what to do before and after each application. Furthermore, Shay Lundseth personally replied to my many emails with advice about watering and other lawn care practices. She even dropped off a ziplock bag of extra seed for me so I could overseed a few spots where the grass wasn't sufficiently filling in. I've used other lawn care companies in the past (both organic and non), and I was never satisfied with the result. Although Lundseth's services were more expensive, I consider them a far better value than the other companies where I spent money on services (and extensive watering) only to be disappointed. I highly recommend Lunseth.

  This is the first year our community has used Lunseth Lawn Care Professionals as our snow removal company. They did a good job of clearing our roads soon after each snowfall. It was a rough year for removing all the snow, but that's no excuse for missing so many individual and community sidewalks consistently. Our sidewalks extend to the road & even though our property manager was notified constantly that these extensions were missed by Lunseth, they never returned to clear them. They have torn up grass, gouged tar and even destroyed a bench on our playground.

  Hi *****,Thank you for your feedback. It was a challenging winter for sure. And 3rd snowiest of all time in MSP. While the vast majority of our customers were happy with our service, Im sorry to hear that you were not. Could you tell me the name of your association? I would like to dive deeper into your comments and work on a plan to resolve the service issues going forward. I havent heard of any properties where a park bench was destroyed so Id like to address that asap. -*******************************

  We are in Hennepin Village, on the Summit Oaks side. When issues in snow removal occurred, they were reported to our property manager with Associa immediately. We have pictures showing some of the damage, however, we are reluctant to send them to you. When homeowners spoke directly to the Lunseth employees, we were reprimanded by our property manager.

  Absent minded snow plow drivers who miss areas that are on the list to have snow removed. I could let it pass if it happened once but it has happened multiple times.

  Hi *****,To be clear, Organic Lawns by LUNSETH does not provide snow removal services. LUNSETH Lawn Care Professionals is our commercial arm and that is the company that does snow removal. I apologize that your driveway was missed. I see that you live at Hennepin Village in ************ which has over 600 driveways and mistakes can happen. On a ****" snowstorm like we experienced last week, we do make mistakes. We sent a plow driver out this morning to check your driveway. The operator reported that your driveway had been cleared already. In the future, we would appreciate it if you would reach out directly to us as opposed to leaving negative reviews on the internet. We can send someone out right away when we know about issues. If this is a repeated offense as you suggest, this is the first we've heard of it. There are reasons that your driveway would be skipped such as a parked car either in your driveway or your neighbor's shared portion. We can't risk getting too close to parked cars in those conditions. - ************ Lunseth

  We love Lunseth. We have 3 girls and a cat and being able to have them play safely in our yard is so important to us. We previously had gone with another non-organic company and regretted it,after finding out how much time our family could not safely be in the grass. We have also done landscaping work with them and are so happy with the results and their professionalism along the way. Their staff is friendly and awesome to work with.
