    In May we paid and signed the contract with them to start on the permit. The told us its going to take from 2-6 weeks. Every time we call to check on the permit status they gave us an attitude, and talk in a rude way. They always said its the cities fault .After weeeeeeks of waiting we figured out they didnt send the file to the city! Then we asked them can we drop the file to the city because we want to faster the process. They approved us and put us to schedule it. They came today and left because they started to complain theres weed on the fence line! I mean hold on!! Arent you supposed to tell us when we signed the contract! Now you want me to get someone and pay him almost a **** because u didnt mention that to us! Thats unprofessional guys! And now theyre refusing to give us back our money!!

    Bought an aluminum, powder coated gate from Upright fence and it started peeling before it was even a year old. Gate had a lifetime warranty on peeling and chipping. They came out repaired the paint job and within three months it was peeling again. Spent $1800 on this gate. They keep on ignoring all my request to repair it.
