We are a housing solution service that buys houses directly from the owner, gets them ready to rent, then we're the landlords.  We are interested in buying well maintained single family homes in desirable suburban neighborhoods in Oakland County that are close to auto industry employers.  Our goal is to provide a rental house that feels like home when you walk in the door.  Our service commitment continues as your property manager that keeps the home working correctly and gets things fixed as soon as possible.
