      ***** was great, but your company service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I had a new a/c system installed late 2016. It has been recharged 5 times since. I have paid more for repairs in the last 6 years than the system cost to install. No leaks have ever been found! WHY? even with Dye. The last recharge a week ago took 4lbs of 410A and I was charged $772.00.... Its personal now, I'll see your legal team in court soon!!!

      Came out did nothing paid 90 bucks an they give me a estimate for 4k to replace heater. Call another company comes out fixes it says Im a repairman not a salesman works great these guys hire to many kids that dont know nothing pathetic. Not recommended

      1/24/23 water heater (3 yrs. old) flooded my laundry room. Called **** immediately. The only advice given was to shut off water to the unit to prevent filling up again until repairman could arrive the next day.They arrived the next morning and made repairs (needed newly designed parts). Was told afterwards the unit wouldnt ever leak out like that again. The cost for repairs was $529.00 The issue here is should the customer be responsible for these changes when **** clearly knew there was a significant issue with the engineering design of this unit regardless if the parts were not available at the time of installation.Yes, Im furious at having to pay **** over $500. for an issue that was undoubtedly their fault. As a single individual now retired, I feel **** Heating and Cooling took advantage of me 100%.
