      We replaced all our windows at once (16). The windows are sturdy and easy on the eyes. Installation, which seems to be the sticking point in most reviews, was great for us. Professional, careful, considerate and they cleaned up beautifully. Id use them again in an instant. If I had to make any complaint it would be in the sales process. Like all the other window bids I received, they all jack the price up to ridiculous amounts and then provide incredible discounts. Maybe this marketing scheme works for them but customers arent idiots and see thru it. Lucky for me, I had a great salesman who related well with us and was patient with our negotiating a fair price. Overall, Im very happy with Hansons and recommend them.

      Overall the experience was very good. The sales *** was knowledgeable and provided value added ideas. I had 13 windows ***laced and it took about 3 months from contract signing to installation. There were a few hiccups on the order but the Hansons team has been responsive, professional and polite. The installation crew was great. My one complaint is that there is no way to contact the company on the weekend. But they were quick to respond Monday morning. Im happy with the look of the installed windows. Now time will tell if the windows save energy!

      Im giving a five star rating to ***** at ******* because of his professionalism, dedication and exact nature. ***** is a repeat to my house. I had him give me a bit on my windows and door and he did a fantastic job. We have gone 12 months and decided we needed our back siding done. I received six different bids from companies. And the bottom line to the story is I shouldve just called ***** back to begin with. I just did the full order and Im extremely impressed with him he is honest and direct and represents ****** 100%. Thank you ******.
