    Lend-a-loan is a predator lender that attempts to scam veterans using VA loans. They use deceitful tactics like mailing letters that look like the county tax collector with a bold header in the envelope that reads 2025 EXPIRATION NOTICE. Not only are they attempting to scam veterans, they have shown complete disregard the Fair Credit Reporting Act by sending their scam/ junk mail to people that have registered to OPT OUT using *******************. Lend-a-loan must promptly take action on removing me from their mail distribution, as they are illegally sending me predatory loan applications. If not correctly, legal action will be pursued.

    3/20/25 I decided to go to another lender for refinancing. After getting an appraisal done that I paid for , lend a loans refused to release that appraisal to the other company . It is a VA appraisal and even the ** has tried to get the appraisal released/ transferred . Also the company has harassed me with emails and texts wanting me to tell them the details about the new financing agreement. I told lend a loans refused that I would inform you and if this doesnt work I will seek legal action . I paid for the appraisal and therefore it is mine , not theirs and I want it released so that I may close on my re financing. They have refused!

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I GOT A PRE APPROVAL COMPLETED WITH THIS COMPANY 45 DAYS AGO. PUT AN OFFER IN ON A HOUSE, SENT OVER ALL MY INFO, EVERYTHING NEEDED. PAID $1020 IN APPRAISAL FEES, AND PAID $5,000 IN ******* MONEY. TOLD THEM I WANTED TO USE MY CREDIT UNION INSTEAD AND THEY PROMISED PROMISED PROMISED BETTER RATES AND BETTER CLOSING COSTS. I CLOSE IN 4 DAYS. AND TODAY THEY CALL ME AND TELL ME TODAY THAT THEY "MIS CALCULATED" AND THAT THEY WILL NO LONGER FUND MY MORTGAGE. I ASKED QUESTIONS DAILY THAT WEREN'T CLEARLY ANSWERED, THEY ALWAYS BEAT AROUND THE ****. NO TRANSPARENCY, NOTHING. AWFUL COMPANY. I AM REPORTING THE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TAKING ACTION. THIS IS UNACCEPATABLE AFTER I WAS PROMISED A CLEAR TO CLOSE MULTIPLE TIMES. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS.... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ***** AWAY FROM THEM. ******* YOU ARE A LIAR. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND RUINING MY HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE WHEN I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS TAKEN CARE OF WITH MY CREDIT UNION ALL ALONG. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
