      Great company to work with during a stressful time. Emergency hotline was very reliable when the device malfunctioned a few times. Highly recommend.

      The best unit, the absolute worst provider bar none. Im not even sure Nationwide is an actual company, but it definitely is an actual scam. Remember when they raised the cost of the lease, (obvious bologna and just *barely* legal, by the way) and increased fees in order to account for inflation? Uhh do they think were all middle school dropouts or something? Do they really think career economists dont get DUIs?! Did they really say that out loud to themselves, and think ****, theyll buy that. Itll be fine. They dont manufacture or produce anything, they dont transport anything, they have approximately zero additional associated costs from inflation. They outsource call centers and use a third party for EVERYTHING, is this even a real, legitimate business?! I had to contact them five times to get them to stop trying to bill me after I stopped going through their joke of a service. It took five months for them to realize I had my unit removed the five months previous, I had contacted a manager directly the first time it happened and it took four more calls and emails with random people until the manager finally got back to me, four months later. The fact that they are incompetent is a separate issue from how deeply ethically challenged this business is. Your customers did something stupid, yes and? Thats what the justice system was for, it did its job and thats why people need the interlock. That fact does not magically ***** this business some right to exploit people with addiction- who are often vulnerable, economically disenfranchised, and/or victims of abuse. The owner should not be viewing a philanthropic service through a corrupted lens of profiteering off of productive members of society with serious mental and physical health issues. These people need the interlock so they can go to work and fuel our civilization, they are the ones that ARE trying and ARE redeeming themselves. And the *** wants to take that away from them. Inhumane and shameful.

      I go through payment issues with them CONSTANTLY. They increase my amount without telling me so I get charged extra for not paying it, although Im set up on automatic payment. I got charged $75.00 contract renewal although I wasnt told anything about a new contract. They preset my calibration appointments then tell me Ill be charged if I have to reschedule any of them. I am going to have it transferred to another vehicle and found out part of the fee was for the new calibration which of course will be right after a calibration payment so one again Ill be charged double times. In 1 1/2 months theyve taken out ****** for calibration fees. Somehow theres always hidden fees or something extra. I pay 12 other bills with automatic payment set up every month and I NEVER have issues. Not EVER. This is the most shady business Ive ever worked with. Id go elsewhere in a heartbeat if I had a choice.

The fee you mentioned is not a contract renewal fee, so please refer to your contract and all other paperwork for a better understanding.I have taken the time to review your notes while you have been with Nationwide Interlock, and it appears that your frustration is due to a lack of understanding of how the state-mandated program works. This, coupled with not reading the documents provided to you, may have contributed to your frustration. The most crucial state-mandated rule is abstaining from alcohol and providing all tests when prompted to do so, even if you are not planning to drive. These two pieces of information are clearly outlined in the paperwork given to you during installation and also by the *****************.Your fees and payment schedule are also provided well in advance of all payment dates and scheduled appointments.       Nationwide interlock is the worst company to have, many extra fees and device issues many ************ not to mention the run around to talk with customer service.When my attorney said dont go through them, I should have waited the extra week for smart start.Blessings

      I had to replace battery in my vehicle and the device gave me a violation when the car was never on. The device had to be reset and they charge me a violation fee. I was told that they would review the matter and see if they could give me a credit. They never returned my call with a decision. At my next appointment for a download they called and said I owe the violation fee. **************** is very rude. Hold time on the phone is long. Waited 2 weeks to get the monthly download schedule. I had to continuously call to get the information. I wouldnt recommend this company. Stay far away from them . Payment increased without notification or an explanation

      Thank you for your review **********************. The ***************** determines a violation on the interlock, not Nationwide Interlock. The state does have legislation stating that a "tamper circumvent" is a violation. We do charge for violations as the device has to be physically reset at a licensed service center. The fee that is charged coincides with the fees that Nationwide Interlock pays the service center for the work. We do have a high call volume on certain days however, we do allow customers to text our "online software" and or choose the option for "us" to call you back when you are calling in.       So I think if I had to go again through this situation,I would not pick this company again and here is why.I did try a different company before this one. Also,I know a couple people who tried other companies,so I feel pretty confident to compare them.My three stars are mostly for customer service employees who were always helpful even though you could tell they were overwhelmed.There is lots of things that need to be improved. Probably none of the owners/CEO/managers ever experienced dui, which is great, congratulations, but things could be different if they knew the frustration.I am aware that I am the only one to blame for my situation, and I am not expecting anybody to make it easier for me, but when somebody is making things harder than they need to be, then we have a problem. PROS:1. The camera that is installed is very discreet, hardly to see from the outside(Other companies have much bigger camera in the very weird spot) 2. The installation was very smooth and much quicker than other companies 3. During the calibration you dont even have to step out of your vehicle 4. There is a red light flashing When you need to blow(helps when your music is loud and you dont hear the beeping)CONS:1. when you you need the instant Tech help, and you are on the line for 40 minutes, this is unacceptable,you might be stuck somewhere and your car just doesnt start 2. They raised the monthly payment without notifying me 3. Theres no message reminder when your payment is due, but once you accidentally miss the payment,oh they will message you every day. Should I know when is my due Yeah date and when is my appointment? Absolutely!But reminding messages wouldnt hurt anybody 4. The blowing device doesnt work properly 50% of the time. Not to mention you have to **** the air in on the end of the blowing several minutes which is exhausting. I never saw this before. I had a minor accident few months ago because I got distracted with blowing 3 times in the row.

      Ms. White I do appreciate the feedback in your review. I was happy to hear that my staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and the equipment features were up to your standard. The Draeger equipment is the most reliable on the market, however the specifications of the device are set by the State. The breath pattern is an anti-circumvention feature that is required. If this breath pattern is not performed correctly it will not accept the test. I do apologize that the tech line was a long process. There are many steps required by the state and manufacturer when dealing with compliance and technical issues. This can make these calls long. We are working on a new reminder system for upcoming appointments and billing. Lastly, you do have 5 minutes to pull over to perform a test to insure safety for yourself and other motorists.       Horrible company. 2 or 3 times they have TOLD me they are moving my appointments due to their own scheduling issues. I've had to accept the new times, but when I have to ask about moving mine, they want $75 for it. In addition, IF you need to reschedule they ask you to email, but they NEVER reply to emails. I've emailed their center several times to ask questions, I've never got one single reply. You have to call in, and they leave you on hold for 45+ min. They also change your contract pricing. Despite having a signed contract for a price, they just upped mine without warning.Horrible customer service. AVOID.

      I reached out to the BBB to amend or remove my review, did not get any reply from the BBB. I spoke with the President of Nationwide and had a VERY positive conversation. Overall I am now highly satisfied with the company and their service, I had a couple bad experiences but based on the discussion I had, I do not have any issues or complaints anymore!
