  It was a joy working with AJ. He was knowledgeable, dependable, and quick to respond. He gave me the knowledge, support, and direction I needed to get through every obstacle I encountered when applying for a mortgage. I heartily endorse F5 Mortgage.

  I highly recommend AJ and F5 Mortgage to anyone who is shopping for a mortgage. AJ was always available to discuss any issues and answer any questions that I had throughout the whole process. He did an excellent job of explaining the mortgage process and the various products available to us. I also appreciated how much he utilized the expertise within his organization when it came to underwriting and dealing with the bank.

  In the middle of application process, they stopped responding. The phone number was disconnected, and email does not work. Was my personal info stolen?? Wondering if these positive reviews are scams?

  Hate to give them a one. No box for a less than zero.I was undergoing underwriting process when it was halted when the broker was allegedly told that my name and SS number came up for mortgage fraud. Identity hacks happen all the time but this is the kicker. Instead of the broker who was dramatically feigning outrage and determining source and documentation as promised. I was ghosted by the company. Now I must take legal action to determine the source of this criminal allegation although it has never been on a high 700 credit report or a long history of purchases and refi's. Current lender can not find this either. If you like spineless inauthentic ghosts; you will love these guys.

  Hi *******, Unfortunately, the lender stopped your application due to a fraud alert on your file. This is something we have no control over and almost no visibility of due to the personal nature and seriousness of the situation. Any information on the fraud flag will need to come directly from the investor. As mentioned, you can contact the lender (UWM) at 800-981-8898 and ask for clarification from them since it's their alert.

  Would not recommend this company. The communication was absolutely terrible. They feed you BS and tell you everything looks good only to have to reset the closing date. After setting a new closing date I didnt hear anything for the first week or so. Getting closer to closing one of the reps called me and stated he was uploading everything to the lender.. just now?? What were yall doing before? I was assured everything looked good and seemed to be on schedule with closing only to be told again they would need another extension. They asked for documentation at the very last minute which I felt should have been done much sooner in the process. It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone to answer questions about this new info they needed. I also had to resign many documents because they would send them with incorrect info. At that point their word was no good. I would never use this company after this experience. Now Im out $1,000 and a house deal and my time. Thanks F5
